The rooms were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was not working properly. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to get any rest. "The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. Its is a 5-10 minute walk from Saronno station which takes you directly into central Milan. The hotel is beautiful, very clean however the restaurant was not amazing in my opinion. That may just be me being picky however they didn’t do any pasta just pizzas and some meats.
