Attic located in the center of Colombare d / Sirmione, on the second and last floor of a small building (with elevator), spacious three-room apartment finely decorated, free on 4 sides, exposed wood beams and parquet, bright, suitable for couples and families wishing to spend a holiday full of fun, relaxation, sport, culture, tradition and flavors. Guests can enjoy air conditioning and underfloor heating, double garage, large balconies, all within walking distance from the lake.

The apartment is free on 4 sides: no neighbor shares with the neighboring Guest Walls!

Living a holiday in Colombare d / Sirmione has a big advantage: it allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the village closest to the old city and at the same time to be comfortable with all the main services without having to use the car for travel ( there is a convenient shuttle bus service that runs the Colombare - Sirmone route every 20 minutes).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Sirmione. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war unkompliziert und perfekt. Check-in und Checkout hätten nicht besser laufen können. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und absolut ruhig, aber trotzdem ideal für Ausflüge gelegen.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet close to local attractions and restaurants. Our host Matteo was extremely friendly and responsive, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the peaceful views from the balcony. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr gut zum Start von Ausflügen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Einparken in die Tiefgarage mit einem Fahrzeug über 4,80 Meter sollten geübte Fahrer übernehmen. Für mich war die bessere Variante die Tiefgarage rückwärts mit meinem SUV zu befahren.

Herzlichen Dank für die gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Unser Urlaub war wunderbar. Der Vermieter der Ferienwohnung war sehr nett und hat sich nach einem Tag erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Swimming Stay

We loved our two nights in Sirmione and clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. We walked to the castle the first evening and then swam on the west side while watching the sunset. The second day we swam on the east side and then the west side. Both were less than a 15 min walk from the place. The unit fit our family of 5 well and our son thought the pullout couch in the living room was comfortable. Just wish I would have figured how to close the outside window blinds to shield the light.

Fantastic apartment close to Sirmione

The apartment is on the top floor of a quiet building. The apartment is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable including the pull out bed. Matteo is very responsive and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in Colombare di Sirmione. Matteo ist ein super Gastgeber, der mit tollen Tipps zur Seite steht. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Es gab das wichtigste fußläufig zu erreichen, aber es war nicht so überlaufen wie die Altstadt von Sirmione. Und die Tiefgarage war für uns Gold wert. Ich kann aber die schlechten Kommentare bzgl. der Größe nicht verstehen. Mein Mann ist mit unserem SUV super hineingekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Ort mit perfekter Wohnung mittendrin

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ort, sehr ruhig gelegen u dennoch mittendrin! In einem wunderschönem Haus mit Tiefgarage (nichts für einen Sharan). Man sieht nur etwas vom See, aber die wenige Sicht ist nicht schlimm! Die Wohnung ist in der 2. Etage und super geschnitten. Sie hat alles was man für ein paar Tage bis über einem längeren Zeitraum hinweg alles so brauch. Ich könnte noch mehr schwärmen, einfach schön u wir waren leider zu kurz da.

Schöne Ferienwohnung. Gute Lage, man ist schnell am Wasser und in der Stadt gibt es jede Menge Lokale. Männliche Führerscheininhaber kriegen ihr Auto auch in die Tiefgarage. Nicht zu große Übergänge vorne und hinten sind von Vorteil.

Entspannte Ferien

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung eine entspannte Woche Urlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber, alles vohanden und liegt ruhig und doch zentral in Sirmione. Check -in hat problemlos funktioniert und der Vermieter war immer per Handy erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr zu Empfehlen

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstraße. 100m von Hauptstraße mit vielen Restaurants, Supermarkt und auch einen Wochenmarkt. Parken in Tiefgarage mit Auto bis 4,4m Länge möglich. Länger wird es schwierig und auch keine Sportwagen wegen steiler Abfahrt. Einziges Manko sind die fehlenden Sonnenliegen auf dem sehr großen Balkon. Tisch mit Stühlen vorhanden, aber nichts zum relaxen.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Sirmione dans l'appartement qui était très propre et bien équipé. Situé en fin d'impasse, l'immeuble est calme et pourtant de nombreux commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans la région, nous n'hésiterons pas à loger à nouveau chez Matteo.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage und Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung, top Lage für See, Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Tipp für die Tiefgarage - rückwärts runterfahren, dass man nicht aufsitzt bei tiefergelegten Autos. Sehr netter Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Die Altstadt kann man bequem zu Fuß oder mit Shuttlebus erreichen. Aber bitte keine Pünktlichkeit vom Bus erwarten. Tolle Woche am Gardasee erlebt.

Kurzaufenthalt am Silvester

Ruhig und doch relativ zentral gelegenes Apartment mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. See erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu fuss, Altstadt ist problemlos mit Auto zu erreichen, wer aber längere Spaziergänge gewohnt ist, kann das auch ohne Auto tun (wie wir es gemacht haben). Apartment ist gut geschnitten, sauber und gut ausgestattet. 2 große Balkonen und keine direkte Nachbarn, so dass man nicht gestört wird, aber auch selber keinen stört. Eigentümer ist nett, gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit, so dass kleine Problemchen schnell und unkompliziert gelöst werden konnten.
