In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the supermarket (very convenient thanks to its strategic location) and the various public transport stops. The flat is very close to the Virgilio spa and only 3 km from the beautiful Aquaria spa centre for which we offer discounts. It is also just a few steps away from the lake and the public beach equipped for surfing and water sports. The historic centre of Sirmione is just a short distance away and can be reached on foot with beautiful walks along the lake or by public transport. To better visit the area and the nearby villages you can use the bicycles we have available for you free of charge (to be requested from the owners).
