On the tip of the island of Sirmione, surrounded by a Mediterranean olive grove, directly on the Lido delle Bionde beach of Sirmione and next to the Grotto of Catullo, "MGH Luxury - Villa Sirmione" is situated in the most exclusive location in Sirmione. It is one of the few detached vacation homes directly on the peninsula, with private parking directly at the house and car access permit for our guests.

The house can host up to 7 adults or 6 adults + 2 children.



Relax in one of the most beautiful places in Italy and enjoy the luxury of being just a few steps away from the most beautiful beaches on Lake Garda! It's just 200 meters from the house to the beach!



MGH Luxury - Villa Sirmione offers a huge private garden with ancient olive trees, lake and mountain views, sunbeds and furniture for relaxation, and a large terrace with an outdoor dining area for up to 8 people. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi and has been carefully furnished to provide you with maximum comfort for your stay. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a French bed, ideal for 1 adult or 2 children, 2 beautiful bathrooms with showers, a well-stocked eat-in kitchen with large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove and everything you need to prepare food and drinks. The spacious living room with dining area, beautiful decorative fireplace, sofa area and smart TV gives onto the very large sunny terrace overlooking the villa grounds, perfect for enjoying quiet hours or carefree playtime with children.

The house is perfect for a vacation with friends or family and promises relaxation in the heart of the popular old town of Sirmione. Here you will find great restaurants, elegant boutiques, cafés and the Aquaria Thermal Spa. The famous ruins of the first Roman thermal facility “Grotte di Catullo” are located right next to the hotel. A beach bar with good aperitif drinks is just a 2-minute walk away. Shopping facilities are available on the mainland and also in the small store on the peninsula. You can reach the house by car. If you want to explore the other towns on Lake Garda but don't want to move your car, use the Lake Garda ferry service! The Lake Garda boats depart from Sirmione old town to all towns on the lake.

The villa is located in the historic center of Sirmione and offers 2 car parking spaces as well as 2 permissions to enter the limited traffic area of the historic center. Every car has 2 accesses per day available. It is necessary to comunicate the car signs before arrival to guarantee ZTL access.

We arrived after dark and check in was hard to navigate. No exterior lighting. Lawn and exterior of home is a mess. Lawn is all weeds. Home does not have heat in bathrooms overall very disappointing.

Beautiful home & area

PROS: This is a beautiful home and property. The yard is huge and I imagine it would have been lovely to spend time outside (it was rainy while we were there.) The house comfortably hosted 2 families (one with 2 kids, one with 1) with a set up of a bathroom per 2 bedrooms, which worked nicely. We specifically chose this house because we needed 4 bedrooms and it worked perfectly in that regard. It was very clean. The historic part of the town of Sirmione is charming and lovely. The house is only a few minutes walk. The hotel Bon Ton down the street has a lovely breakfast buffet if you are not wanting to cook. :)CONS: There are no rugs and no sound absorption on the walls, so the acoustics were quite loud. Every time you moved a chair or slightly scooted on the couch, it was LOUD. Not ideal for babies or small children napping or sleeping. The house is on top of a fairly big hill so if mobility is an issue, staying somewhere downhill closer to the town center would probably be preferred. There were some communication issues timing wise but nothing that caused too big of a problem. I made some kind of mistake while using the washing machine (there were no instructions left, but I had used Google translate and videos-- still not totally sure what I did wrong) and I was worried about it getting fixed before we left, but the host had a tech out within a day and had it resolved. OVERALL: Would recommend staying here if it fits your needs for space!
