The apartment, located on the first floor accessible by lift, is equipped with a garage and an additional external parking space, Wi-Fi internet connection included. The entrance opens onto the spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The living room overlooks a bright terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers for relaxing summer moments and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the communal garden and swimming pool.

The bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe and the second consisting of two single beds and a wardrobe, overlook the rear balcony and are both floored with parquet. The apartment's bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.



*The swimming pool is available from 30 April to 5 October, from 9:00-13:00/15:00-21:00. The use of a swimming cap is required.

The pearl of Lake Garda is what the marvellous city of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers truly unforgettable views. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is only 20 minutes away by car.
