"Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend! "

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "勝價比超出我預期。酒店行 24小時 check in ，幾多點入住幾多點 check out 。職員服務態度非常好，等叫車期間會主動閒談，分享清邁旅遊資訊。早餐半自助式，好味豐富。房間企理乾淨。如果一定要挑剔嘅地方就係臨近機場聽到飛機飛過嘅聲音，同埋地理位置未算太方便，附近冇便利店。主要都係以call車出入。"
