The Happy Place

Welcome to our Happy Place, close to everything in Sioux Falls. When you step into this house, you can't help but smile and feel the positive energy that resonates. We have turned this home into a colorful piece of art filled with an eclectic mixture of refurbished and custom, high end and one of a kind type furniture, appliances, fixtures and decor.

For your comfort, the main bedroom features a higher end, medium soft queen size Serta Icomfort Hybrid mattress. The window treatments are custom made with draperies and Hunter Douglas top down/ bottom up Roman Shades. Please note, this is a small bedroom and the walkway around the bed is between 19"-24" which is perfectly adequate to most people but may prove difficult to those with mobility issues accustomed to sleeping on the left side of the bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features an original, refurbished 1950's refrigerator (so expect a little cubby for a freezer) and high end dishwasher with pullout drawers and concrete counter tops.

The bathroom is completely remodeled with designer tiles and fixtures.

The dining room holds a refurbished wood top and steel dining table and matching bench that was purchased from a local furniture dealer in town. The dining table sits 4 people very comfortably and is equipped with two dining chairs and one bench. The living room displays one of a kind, custom and eclectic furniture pieces designed and created specifically for this house. The window treatments include sheer curtains and top down/bottom up honeycomb shades.

The second bedroom hosts a very comfortable twin size bed and wardrobe. There is a foldable floor mattress in one of the closets that can be used to sleep a 4th person, assuming 2 people are sharing the queen bed. Tv options included are Hulu and Netflix through your own subscriptions.
PETS: Well behaved, outside potty trained dogs welcome, $30/stay.
WSCOOTER RENTALS
We have 2 Segway Ninebot Kickscooter Max G30P Scooters available for rent upon request & based on availability. If you would like to rent them, please let me know so I can check availability and so we can make arrangements for the reservation. I will send you a money request for the rental amount. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. They would be great to take downtown or to go check out the Falls Park or any events at the Levitt Center or even the zoo. Rentals available April-October if there is no snow on the ground.
