* BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS *
Each of the house's sleeping areas are equipped with fresh, white, crisp linens and fluffy pillows. Fall asleep beneath the layers and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing) day in Sioux Falls.

There are three well-appointed sleeping areas all with queen-sized beds. The couch upstairs is a bonus sleeping area which pulls out to a full-sized bed. Under the chaise are extra pillows and blankets for your convenience.

Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are designed with ultimate convenience. The full bathroom on the main floor is situated in between the two main floor bedrooms. The half bathroom is located on the lower level and is located right near the bonus queen bed. Both bathrooms are stocked with paper products and crisp white linens for your convenience and comfort.

* KITCHEN + DINING *
The fully stocked kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The main dining area can seat up to five guests while the breakfast nook in the kitchen can seat two. When weather permits, the three season room offers seating for eight guests.

* LOUNGE SPACE *
The main floor living area is perfect for lounging with loved ones or catching up on your favorite book. Curl up with a soft throw blanket and enjoy a movie and some complementary popcorn. On the lower level you can enjoy a variety of games on site or engage in some friendly competition on the all-in-one game table suitable for kids and teenagers. All of our smart TV's have streaming services available for endless entertainment.

* SAUNA *
Don't forget to relax in the private indoor sauna is located on one side of the laundry room. The sauna is perfect for two adults. We offer gym towels, washcloths, and bath mats for your convenience. The laundry room door is able to be closed and the window has a covering on it for your privacy. The sauna can get up to 140 degrees, has bluetooth capability, and has an infrared light option.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to park on the standard single-car driveway during their stay at the Modern Bungalow. The driveway is inverted, so guests are advised to be mindful of that. Access to the home is through the front door, requiring a short walk to the front entrance. Alternatively, parking on Euclid Ave is an option, with a request to respect neighbors by parking only directly in front of the house on the west side of the street.

Interaction with Guests:
Abby will be the main host during your stay. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns about anything during your stay please reach out to her. The best way to get in contact would be to first message through Vrbo directly in the booking messages. If you don't get a response within 10-15 minutes please text Abby directly during your stay. Her number is located at the property and available to you on Vrbo after a confirmed booking is made.

Other Details to Note:
Guests are requested to lock up the entire house and turn off unnecessary lights and electronics when leaving. We aim to make the stay enjoyable and are responsive to requests. Pet owners are requested to clean up after their pets both inside and outside the home.

A disclosure mentions the use of baby items at the guest's discretion, with a reminder to follow owner's manual instructions. Accurate registration of all guests is essential for staging, cleaning, and safety purposes, and there is a $100 charge for unregistered guests.
