City Lodge -Beautiful 10 Person Home Near the Mall

Beautiful family friendly home that sleeps up to 10 guests. Located across the street from Roosevelt High School. Great location, just a short distance from the Empire Mall, restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, and interstate.

Two separate living areas and bedrooms include LED TVs. Master en suite. Family room includes a fireplace and foosball table. Complimentary snacks and coffee bar.

• First of all...feel at home! Enjoy your stay and please give us the
opportunity to solve any problem you may have.
• No Pets. We ask everyone respect all future guests looking for a Pet Free home due to allergies and/or health concerns.
• Check-out time is before 11:00am. Late check-out will be charged a $50.00 Late Check-Out fee. All late check-outs after 1:00pm will be charged a full day. We have cleaning crews scheduled to arrive at 11:00am after every stay and if we have to reschedule due to late check-outs, we still have to pay.
• Please remove shoes to help keep the home clean.
• Only confirmed registered guests are permitted. No extra guests or visitors
after booking, this is for your and our safety.
• No illegal substances allowed and no smoking inside the home.
• Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11pm & 7am.
• We kindly ask that you’d be respectful of our home and treat it
as if it were yours.
• No garage access

There are 2 exterior security cameras located just outside the front and back door. These cameras are for the security of all guests current and future. They are motion activated and do not record during the entire stay.

• LATE CHECK OUT - When available, we offer a 2hr late checkout for $150. Anything past 2 hours will be billed at the full-day rate. We need to know in advance for a late checkout, not the day of, as we need to adjust our cleaning schedule and confirm calendar availability. All unverified late checkouts will be charged a full-day rate.

Great house and great location!

We stayed for a family girls weekend and had plenty of room for all 9 of us! The house was very clean and in a perfect location to do many things in Sioux Falls. The back yard and deck were great for sitting outside and enjoying f the evening.

Family time in Sioux Falls

Place was perfect for our family group. We were in town for a family Christmas at relatives house. Had two grandkids with us made easy for all of to chip-in watching them. Everyone had their own space to relax.

Girlfriends Getaway

This place is super for a group. We had 5 women and plenty of beds. With Autumn weather we got to enjoy both the fireplace on the lower level and the large patio. The property is in a great neighborhood and close to dining and shopping.

Beautiful Home

It was so nice to stay in a home instead of a hotel. We are a family of 12 so having a space that we could all gather and enjoy our time together was amazing. There was a small issue when we checked in but it was quickly corrected. We did purchase additional toilet paper and garbage bags. The one extra roll in each bathroom was not quite enough for our group and we needed more than 1 extra garbage bag. We would recommend adding body wash or a bar of soap to each shower. Overall it was a great stay and we totally appreciated the hospitality and quick responses of the property manager. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

The house fit our family perfectly and we'd use it again. The location was perfect. However, we had to steer the kids away from the rusting metal shed in yard, and the kids complained about the "sticky" weeds in the backyard, so didn't use it at all. The deck & patio was good.

Great place for a reunion

Our group of five women had not been together since we graduated high school 38 years ago. The house was a wonderful place to have an adult "sleepover" (with a couple of husbands as well), and we enjoyed the accommodations very much. We mostly sat at the table or in the living room, and it was so comfortable. The guys enjoyed the back deck when they needed a reprieve from the women. The beds were awesome! Very, very comfortable. Three bathrooms were great. There were TVs in every room, and apparently they had DirectTV, but we never even turned it on, so I cannot comment on that. The decor was super as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

City Lodge is lovely home with several amenities. It is on the west side of Sioux Falls, which was fine for the activities we did. Our group of friends would highly recommend this property.

Family wedding stay in Sioux Falls

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very nice accommodations with lots of sleeping options! The only thing I would note is: if you have "babies/toddlers" there is lots of stairs and also for "elderly" there is lots of stairs. The host was very prompt with replying to our questions and even stopped over the first night to deliver sheets for the pack n' play. Exceptional! The road outside COULD be noisy at night for the upstairs bedrooms, but downstairs was not bothered. If ever in the area again; we would not hesitate to use this host and house again! Thanks for the great "stay"!

Weekend in Sioux Fals

Property manager accommodated an early check in for us. Property was perfect with three different levels of bedrooms for our group of eight. Very clean home with everything you could need. Easy to get to location. Definitely rent this property again.
