"Very nice, new, modern hotel. The staff is super helpful. I shorted out the outlet plugs in the room, and the staff was able to fix the issue quite quickly. Also, the wifi is super fast. I was able to do a Zoom meeting with no issues. I would stay here again. Great location."

"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "

"The room was exceptionally clean, and the view of the city created a pleasant environment for sleeping. The staff were genuinely polite. However, the beds were quite firm and uncomfortable for the back, and there were no nondairy options available for breakfast."

"We arrived a little early to this magnificent property. We were welcomed in to the beautiful sitting room to wait for our room to be ready. Such lovely helpful staff, and so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, and we also spent time in the sitting room in the evening, playing cards with the fire kindly lit for our benefit. This is a little piece of the history, well worth a stay to experience it."

"Recently refurbished and looking great. The reception staff on check were very professional and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The bar/restaurant was very busy on Sunday early evening and was a bit confusing as to how to order food. When it came the food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. The breakfast was a bit odd, eaten in the restaurant and had to wait quite a few minutes before a member of staff arrived to book us in. However, the buffet was in an adjoining...

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay."

"Schönes Hotel, gepflegte Anlage.Parkplatz in der Nähe und man zahlt statt 12 Euro nur 6 Euro/ Nacht. Frühstücksbuffett eher für irischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, aber auch ordentlich andere Lebensmittel zur Auswahl. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel empfand ich als steif und aufgesetzt freundlich.
