ABOUT THIS PLACE
The apartment is 1 kilometer (15 minutes) away from the secluded and practically unknown Uddo Beach. You can swim and lounge on this beach without being disturbed by noisy tourists and annoying vendors. The property is proximal to several well-known cafes, restaurants and night clubs. The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional yet modern North Goa home. A similar apartment is located on the side and is available for hiring as Riverside Hospitality 2. The apartment is fronted by a large veranda, which faces the brilliantly blue Chapora River. The house is part of a quiet and peaceful tiny village, Uddem, on the Siolim river front, a 10 minute drive from the grand Siolim Church. Whilst the properties are near the Morjim, Vagator and Anjuna beaches, the Amancio Bar and Restaurantch is 500 meters away and the expansive and happening Thalassa Siolim. Sorro, the village pub is just a couple of kilometers away.
The apartment has a spacious portico, a comfortable living room, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator. The apartment has powerful air conditioners, Wifi, and geysers in the bathrooms. Electrical kettles and induction heaters are available h unit for making your coffee and tea, as well as for cooking delicious meals. Cabs, self-drive cars and scooters on hire are freely available at reasonable and competitive prices.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Siolim is brilliant for a great holiday; you can read quietly and listen to music on the veranda, whilst the river flows by; sending you blankets of pure and energizing breeze. Internationally famous beach spots like Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim, Ashvem and Arambol are 10-15 minutes of driving time away. You will be able to party in several restaurants, cafes and nightclubs, including the iconic Thalassa Siolim, where people dance away the night till the early hours of the morning. The neighborhood is absolutely safe and both men and women can move about till the wee hours of the morning without any safety concerns. There are two large supermarkets that stock all the items that you will need if you want to do a little bit of cooking at home. Numerous top-class restaurants can be accessed through Swiggy and Zomato; Domino’s, Pizza Hut and South Indian restaurants serving delicious dosas and piping hot filter coffee are within short walking distance. Numerous hotel complexes and fancy restaurants and shacks are just 10 minutes away by car or two-wheeler. Our trained hospitality facilitators are always available on the phone and WhatsApp and will be able to help you with all your holiday requirements, including tours and various types of sea and adventure sports.
The quaint, comfortable and attractive apartment will provide a Goan holiday that you will remember in the days to come. Enjoy your tea or coffee in the spacious front veranda, order a meal or a snack from Swiggy’s or cook your own meal and enjoy it whilst the river enchants you; go in for long hot baths in the modern bathrooms. The apartment is perfect for long and short holidays, yoga experiences, attending contemporary dance and ballet sessions and remote working assignments. Each unit is ideal for 2 people, but one more can be fitted in in the living room on a comfortable folding bed. WiFi is available across the apartments and a powerful inverter ensures that you never have to sweat or live in the dark. Lots of natural light flows in through doors and windows and the ambience provides an enchanting experience.
Patio
The patio is large and has good seating arrangements. It is covered and ensures that you are completely protected from the wind, the rain and harsh sunlight and able to completely enjoy the breeze in your face and hair.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is air-conditioned and has comfortable sofas and chairs. Adequate crockery and cutlery is available for you to have nice meal and enjoy your beer, whisky, wine and cocktail. Mosquito repellents are available and the apartments are periodically treated to eliminate pests and lizards.
THE BEDROOM
The bedroom has a large king size bed and a spacious almirah. We provide the best quality linen for the beds to ensure that you sleep well after the hard work you put in during the day in partying, loud revelry and generally raising the roof.
THE KITCHEN
Each flat has a kitchen attached to the living room, which is equipped with an electric kettle, an induction heater and adequate vessels and utensils. The kitchens are stocked with sugar and salt and have adequate tea and coffee pouches.
BATHROOMS
We have paid the highest of attention to ensure that you can have high-quality bathing experiences. The bathrooms are well fitted with modern fittings and have geysers to ensure that you can enjoy hot baths whenever you want.
HOUSEKEEPING
The flat is provided to you absolutely clean and in brilliant condition. Cleaning services and linen changing services will be provided every third day.

Clean and well-maintained property! Mr. Majumdar went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and took care of all logistics from the cab ride from the airport.
