Leave the car in our private parking lot...the beach is just across the street! Grab a chair and in 5 minutes you can be sitting on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Our townhome, with a newly renovated kitchen, dining and living room is the perfect get-away. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two brandnew twin XL beds. Sliding doors in each room to let in the glorious sunlight and fresh, ocean scented air. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktail outside on the lovely patio surrounded by lush tropical, blooming plants. Small, quiet, and private, our end unit townhome is perfect for couples or families.
Walk into town for lunch or dinner at one of the many fine and fun restaurants. Stroll the beach to the inlet to fish or just sit, relax and watch the boats cruising the intracoastal waterway. Take a walk or jog on the paved arboretum trail that runs from the inlet through town. Make a date for dinner at the Sailfish Marina, renowned for it's sumptuous, fresh seafood. While you're there, check out the magnificent yachts and feed the myriad of tropical fish that swarm the shallows around the docks. It's all just a short walk away on quiet, residential streets!
Are you a diver? Palm Beach is world renowned for it's stunning reefs! Book a dive on one of the many dive boats operating out of the local port. Scuba or snorkel the underwater trail around Blue Heron bridge and discover the underwater wreck and the amazing variety of tropical fish in this park. Feel like paddling? Pack a lunch, rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore the waters around Peanut Island. Don't forget your snorkel and mask! Plenty of warm, shallow, crystal clear water just chock full of vibrant fish. Into birding or wildlife? Hike down the beach to McArthur State Park or make the short drive by car. Paddle the mysterious mangroves and wander the trails and boardwalk through this tranquil park. If you're looking for adventure or just good old fashioned rest and relaxation, Singer Island has it all!

The property does not overlook the beach. However it is very close and easy to access. I enjoyed the beach walks in the morning after grabbing some coffee! I only used the bare basics in the kitchen but it was supplied nicely. The door lock looks like it needs a new jam it was not securing looking and took me 2 days to get it to lock because of having the move the door to line it up but the area is safe and comfortable.

Fabulous Stay!

We wanted a relaxing beach vacation, and we got it! The townhouse was feet away from a beautiful beach which made it very convenient. The owner had recently purchased a buggy which made all our beach forays so much easier. It was hard to leave the beach at the end of the day, but when we did, we had nice restaurant options nearby. The townhouse had everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax, comfortable beds, a large living room space. And what I initially thought were more bathrooms than we needed for 4 people, ended up being the perfect number when everyone was looking to shower after the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, and we especially loved having the dishwasher. And the dining room table was large enough to host some epic card games!We went to the neighborhood Palm Beach Shores beach several times, then we explored McArthur State Park and Jupiter Beach - all with stunning views and sand. One day we went to Phil Foster Park for snorkeling, which was also very close. Amazing!And when it was time to leave, the host was gracious enough to extend the checkout time so we could enjoy a few more hours at the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Easy walk to ocean

We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants. Good area for walking. Street noise could be a problem from time to time. Needs updating and good through cleaning. Couldn’t get the bbq to work. Host responded quickly to questions and easy to work with.

Great location steps to the beach, restaurants, and marina. Good communication with host and offered lots of amenities (towels, beach gear, kitchen supplies, etc). The inside of the property could use a deep clean and some upgrades to the bathrooms. Overall, happy with our stay.

Great Place and perfect location!

We had many issues on our trip, NONE of which involved our stay or the rental. There was amazingly easy communication with the owner and the fact that some of the most needed items were already there, made it that much better. We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend staying to anyone who is looking!

Perfect vacation spot

We stayed at the 101 Edwards Lane multiple times in the past, but in different units. We really enjoy the property and its location is perfect for a beach holiday. The host, Paul, is wonderful and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this place; once you spend time there you will be coming back year after year!

Spacious with convenient location

The property was clean and well maintained. It was roomy spread across 2 floors. It was a very short walk to the beach. Many places were easily accessible by walking (shops, small market, liquor store, restaurants, ice ream shop). The outdoor space was great as well to be able to sit outside on the patio, etc. Shady and sunny spots.

The location of the property is great. Beach is a short 3 min walk away. Restaurants are 10 min walk away. The property is well maintained. It's great for family to enjoy vacation at the beach. High recommended.

Wonderful Singer Island Stay

This property was for our little family for 4! My boys 7 and 9 loved the 3 min stroll to the beautiful ocean. Great beach to play and hang out on. Wonderful inlet to watch boats. The property is well kept, clean and very comfortable! The owner was so responsive and awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!

Exactly What We Needed

We used this condo as an overflow for our Singer Island visit. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s a duplex with two en-suite bedrooms upstairs and kitchen, living, dining area and 1/2 bath downstairs. There’s also a small terrace for sitting outside. The unit is directly across from a short walkway to the beach. Also a short walk to several places to eat and/or drink. Paul was responsive, but we really had little need to contact him as everything was in order. Would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing stay
