Lots of people love to walk in the area. From our place, its a 5 minute walk to the beach across A1A. The parking is directly in front of our front door. We have two parking spots available for your stay.

No parties or events are allowed.

Guests making a reservation must be 25 years or older. Third party reservations are permitted as long as at least one guest staying at the property is added to the reservation prior to check in.

Up to 2 daytime visitors are permitted without prior approval. All visitors must leave by 10 PM. Any additional visitors beyond the approved occupancy or visitor limit must receive prior approval from the host. Unauthorized guests or visitors may be subject to an additional fee of $50 per person.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the covered screened patio. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. A $250 additional cleaning fee may be assessed if smoking occurs in prohibited areas.

Dogs are allowed only with prior host approval and payment of the applicable $75 pet fee per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted.

Please clean up after your pets and dispose of all pet waste properly. The backyard is NOT fenced, and dogs must remain supervised and on a leash when necessary. Pets may not be left unattended unless safely kenneled.

Pets are not permitted on beds. Please use the provided pet covers on furniture when needed.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol.

No fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property.

Harassment of neighbors, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.

If a party, event, or serious violation of the house rules occurs, the reservation may be subject to termination in accordance with the OTA policies. Additional cleaning, damage, unauthorized guest, or other applicable charges may also be requested.
