The customer service and communication is excellent. Even though their digital key system was not compatible with my phone, they sent someone onsite within 15 minutes to resolve the issue for me. So efficient! Even some "normal" hotel with staff onsite is not this efficient. Love everything about this property. Jamie, Mary and Shannen was beyond excellent!

My stay at Heritage was better than i'd hoped and I definitely intend to stay with again on future visits to Singapore. Great location, great room, great communication from the staff whether by email update or whatsapp message. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would reccomend people to use.

This was a great stay. It's not a full service hotel and doesn't have many amenities. But it's in some of the best location near downtown finanical district and clsoe to lots of small shops and bars. The room is small but kept very clean, ideal for a solo traveller. Edmar and Vannie were the hosts. They were very helpful in early check in and responded fast for my questions. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Communication before i arrived to get electronic code was not existent. I wrote 4 ti es, with no reply. When I got to the property I managed to speak to a representative who came and helped me. As the app i had been trying to use didn't work. She was very good. But the company's system was terrible.

Vi hade en jättebra vistelse på Heritage Collection! Läget är toppen, med gångavstånd till centrum osv. Personalen var mycket snabba på att svara när vi hade frågor och var väldigt hjälpsamma. Levde absolut upp till förväntningarna.

This hotel's mgmt crew is great

Great location. The team of Kenneth, Irean, Jarwin, Jun Wee & Naw has helped me out a lot when it came to laundry issues/and getting my missing bag from the airport. Quick and prompt communication from them has made my stay much easier!

I had a amazing stay. Mr Mubien who attended to me was absolutely wonderful. It was a breeze to check-in. I noticed 2 drops of stain on the floor, n brought to his attended… it was cleared in super fast. That was an excellent service.

Repeated customer at heritage collection, booked once at Seah and once at Clarke Quay. Their room is clean and neat. Eventhough is not very big but somehow what you need is all in the room. Staff (Jarwin and Khine from Clarke Quay) (Jarwin & Wendy from Seah) were very helpful and prompted. Always made me feel welcome and try their best to accommodate my request. Keep up the good job 👍

Excellent location with lots of eateries around the hotel. Around 5 minutes to subway. The property is new and very clean. Hotel staff is friendly. There are washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Very enjoyable stay in the hotel!

Excellent short term stay

I had an excellent experience undergoing mandatory SHN at this property. The room was extremely clean and modern, and the staff were extremely accommodating with my booking. Clarence, in particular, was extremely communicative, helpful, and responsive with requests during my quarantine period.

Jolene and Riduan make a real difference

The hotel also uses Whatsapp for arrangement, which is by far easier and more responsive than a top 5-star hotel. They have combined hertiage and technology, you get the best of both worlds. Travelling during COVID is no small feat, Jolene and Riduan supported me during various mandatory requirements with kindness and enthusiam that made a highlight of my trip.

Amazing service, and assistance with check in even after office hours. Grocery was delivered to doorsteps of guests while they waited for PCR results. Excellent communication and initiative taken by Jarwin, Jolene and crew. This location is perfect for corporate guests.

Super friendly property management. Apartment clean. Older building. Noisy at night from nearby eateries (could hear thumping music); could also hear noise (music, shower running) from adjoining apartments. Central location.
