Very cosy decoration, very well equipped with all what you can need.
La Madrague is the perfect place to rest and enjoy your vacation.
You will feel like at home in one minute.
The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom, an outdoor area with swimming pool, deck, plants, daybeds, dining table, chairs, an additional inner courtyard where you can also relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to cook every day.
You have an office with desk, computer, printer , so you can combine vacation and remote work.
Upstairs you have a 3rd bedroom with its bathroom and terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.
The outdoor space is very pleasant for your evenings and meals.
There is a pool and an outdoor shower for your return from the beach.
All household linen is provided to you, welcome products at your disposal on arrival, drinks in the fridge.
You can park your vehicle inside the property but also outside.
Our concierge will facilitate your holidays, will be at your disposal for all your requests, and can organize your outings, activities etc.

The place was outstanding. Close to everything yet secluded enough to relax. Property manager was outstanding in helping us out with island, recommendations, and reservations. Really a solid stay.

Home away from home

Met by the awesome host Isa. The house is amazing. There is a full kitchen complete with everything you need. Each room has its own patio area, including the king bed that opens to the pool. It’s a small pool, about 4ft deep but tons of fun. The upstairs master has a view of the ocean, magnificent. Not far from the beach, you could walk but we drove. Great air conditioning. Secure neighborhood. We were very glad we rented a car it definitely was needed. Thank you Isa for your warm welcome we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place! Great location!

We had an absolute perfect vacation! The owners were great resources and always responded to us in a timely manor when we had questions about things to do. The house was beautiful and was in a perfect location. We could walk to Maho beach. There are several restaurants, a french bakery and a grocery store in walking distance as well as the Maho downtown area that is also in walking distance that includes restaurants and shopping. We used a taxi the first 2 days then rented a car so we could explore this beautiful island on our own. The house had everything we needed to cook with. Plus extras. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house, Amazing host!!!

Mike and Isa are amazing hosts. Since we were arriving on Good Friday, we knew most of the supermarkets would be close. I reached out to Isa and she didn’t hesitate to get us the things we needed for our little one. The house was perfect for our family who just wanted to relax and be lazy. When you want to venture out, you can walk to the bars, Maho beach or the market. When we needed Isa, a quick DM and she would respond. The first few days we had no internet and Isa left no stone unturned trying to get it fixed (no fault of the host). Beautiful home, friendly and accommodating host, don’t hesitate to stay here! It checks all the boxes. Thank you again for an amazing time.

Just perfect

Our party of 5 adults and one child thoroughly enjoyed the place. The neighborhood is highly respected as safe and upscale and we felt completely safe walking all the way to Mullet Bay and Simpson Bay. There is a wonderful restaurant and beach 5 min walking distance (El Zafiro) that we are at multiple times and enjoyed their beautiful Simpson Bay side beach with all the yachts. Easy walk to Maho area too. Area is recovering remarkably well from Irma. The hostess was very communicative and offered nice perks such as Nespresso and much needed bug spray. The outdoor area was incredible and we spent much time there. Loved it!

Christmas on St. Maarten

The property and hostess were exceptional! The home was wonderfully decorated and all necessary amenities were provided: washing machine and dryer, big towels for beach, fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook and close to Maho Beach. We were also close to restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet and secured at night.
