Cozy Family Hideaway, sleeps 8, yard, hikes, shops, 30 mins to beach

Cozy 3 bedroom cozy family gem in an area full of entertainment, sightseeing, shopping, great schools, beaches, boulders, trails, and nature preserve. Complete house with parking for 2 cars plus additional parking spots in the street.

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Sleeps 8. Cozy setup, spacious living area & high-vaulted ceilings + smart flatscreen TVs in all rooms!

There are queen beds in each bedroom as well as a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps two), for a total of eight guests. The linens, blankets, and pillows for the sleeper sofa are kept in the game room closet.

If you need any additional towels or sheets during your stay, feel free to send me a message and we can figure something out. The sofa in the living room can be converted to sleeping bed.

Strong 300 bps WiFi. Private back yard with a gas burning barbecue grill, firepit and lounge chairs.

Quiet, rural neighborhood, 5-10 minutes to the nearest dining, groceries, theaters, shopping, 10 minutes to Moorpark College, major hospitals, and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, and a 30-minute scenic drive away to the beach and major Los Angeles, Santa Barbara & Simi-Valley tourist attractions.

We just returned from a 3-night stay and would definitely come back. The location was very convenient for our family, as we were in town for a hockey tournament at the Iceoplex.The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with many thoughtful extras we truly appreciated. Thank you for the lovely bottle and the plushies that welcomed our kids—it was such a simple but meaningful touch. All of our kids were immediately excited, and it made us feel so warmly welcomed. My youngest fell in love with the giant dog plushy and played with it every time we were home. It was so sweet to watch.There were also plenty of board games, coloring books, and art supplies available, though my daughter was clearly team plushies all the way!I’d highly recommend taking the time to go through the home manual. It was one of the most thorough and thoughtfully curated guides we’ve seen, with a wide range of nearby activities and places to visit. The restaurant recommendations were especially helpful—I even saved the list to Google Maps, which made planning our outings incredibly easy. We ended up going on a hike, visiting the cave, and trying both the Mediterranean (highly recommend!) and sushi spots.We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

Very clean, great style and comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy check-in. The WiFi was very slow and did not work for phones at all, this was the only disappointment. One of the tvs would not turn on but that was not a problem for us. Wifi will be a big deal for some, the staff should look into fixing that problem.

The house was as described and comfortable stay. The only issue was internet was down for half of the stay. Because reception wasn't the best either, my coworkers and I were not able to get much work done. The host was responsive and tried to help resolve the issue but it did not work.

In town for a wedding for 5 days. Close to all our destinations for our stay. Close to major highways . All the necessary items in the unit well stocked. Our type of visit vey busy each day that we didn’t dine that much there. The host responded quickly. Quiet neighborhood and met all our requirements. 45 minute drive from LAX airport. Day trips to Universal Studios and Beach Area off the Pacific Coast Highway. 3 bedroom 2 bath accommodates a family stay.Retail stores and restaurants in the area. Thank you for taking care of us for our trip.

Fabulous stay at our third out of seven accommodations on our 15 night Californian road trip from England.We stayed for one night only but found all that we needed in the property and had a good nights sleep. Enjoyed some time in the yard too. Lost to my husband at the bean bag game!!! Highly recommend.We visited the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library which is close by and would highly recommend this too…especially if you grew up in the 1980’s!!

We loved how quiet our stay was. Everything was perfect with the house. Checking in was a breeze which was great since our flight was late and we got to the house very late at night. It was covenant to all the wedding events and we did some sightseeing in Malibu and some hiking locally. Excellent house and we loved our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home

Check in was very smooth, the house look exactly like in the pictures if not event better , there is a big backyard patio with lights , they also had a few family games to play, the bed was very comfortable to sleep on . I would definitely recommend this peaceful neighborhood and house to everyone. We absolutely enjoyed everything about it

Perfect for a trip to LA

This was a family trip to Hollywood and the beach. This was a perfect jumping off point at a very reasonable price. It was a safe neighborhood and less than an hour to all the things we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

Quite relaxing stay

Had to two night stay, wish it could longer. Everything you need is here for a home away from home. Communication was quick and inviting. Would definitely stay here again if we are traveling that way. Clean and looks just as pictured.

Extremely Accommodating

My family lives a few streets over, and I came to visit with my boyfriends family from out of state.I accidentally incorrectly entered the wrong amount of people in my booking, and the owners were so accommodating to fix the issue! They even swung by the property to deliver fresh towels right when I addressed the issue to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, the house instructions were clear, and they even left a bottle of wine that we enjoyed on our last night. My boyfriends family and I definitely intent on revisiting and staying at this home when we do, we have absolutely no complaints :)

In and out (literally)

We drove from Northern California and needed a place to sleep before our next adventure at Universal Studios. This place was a short easy drive to Universal and only a couple of miles from our other favorite place - In and Out :-) We are now back in Kansas but if we every need a place to stay in Simi Valley, we would stay here again. We felt safe, close to the freeway and all the amenities for the 5 of us.

Sparkling Clean, relaxing, perfect Simi Valley stay 😀

We traveled to Simi Valley for our kids’ sporting event and stayed at this gem. The home was sparkling clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the host was even so sweet to welcome us with a bottle of wine. The parking was convenient for our larger car, organic condiments and even maple syrup in the frig, the kids enjoyed the games, books, and puzzles - we even saw yoga supplies! USB outlets near the bedstands were great. Sheets were soft and clean. Our stay was short, but it made our lives a lot easier having a place so close to our tournament. We plan to be back! Thank you 😀
