Villa da Horta, a beautiful extensive villa in a peaceful location

Villa da Horta is a stunning, quality villa set in extensive grounds and surrounded by lush orange groves with beautiful views over the countryside. Perfect for families with children as the private swimming pool is fenced and gated and can also be heated for an additional charge, plus there is the added benefit of a small slide and a couple of swings to keep the children occupied.

Internally, the villa is extremely spacious and offers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The large kitchen has oak fitted units with granite worktops and is fully equipped with electric oven, gas/electric hob, extractor fan, dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer plus an additional chest freezer. The separate laundry room has washing machine, iron, ironing board and a further fridge freezer. Patio doors lead on to the terrace with charcoal bbq, small sink and outdoor dining table and chairs.

The living/dining area also has patio doors opening out on to the terrace and overlooking the swimming pool. There are comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a single sofa bed), dining table and chairs, a feature fireplace, flat screen TV with some international channels, a DVD player and air conditioning.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor; bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors opening on to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio door leading on to the terrace and a private bathroom with bath and shower over.

There are 2 further bathrooms on the ground floor; one with a shower cubicle and the other with a bath with shower over.

Marble stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has ample fitted wardrobes, double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower over. The other upper floor bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower over. Both these bedrooms share a large balcony which boasts amazing views over the country and down towards the coast.

The grounds are totally fenced, and access is via electric gates. There is a small grassed area with the slide and swings and the rear of the house has natural gardens with local trees and shrubs. There is ample private parking for several vehicles.

The villa has a security alarm system, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, double glazed windows with shutters and wi-fi.

Villa da Horta is ideal for those looking for a quality villa in a peaceful location. A car would be really be recommended when staying at this villa.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
