The flat Vista Praia is located 90m from the sea. This flat is located on the 10th floor with a breathtaking panoramic sea view. Stylish details convey cosiness and well-being. This holiday flat offers a spacious living room with large double-glazed windows and fantastic sea views. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. From your balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of the Algarve.

This flat is equipped to a very high standard and has flat screens in the living room and bedroom with SAT TV (all free German-language programmes) and MEO TV (only in the living room) with over 100 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language.

The rooms have air conditioning and a fast GLASFASER Internet.

Beautiful sea view apartment

We enjoied really a lot our 3 weeks stay in this apartment at Armacao de Pera. The apartment was very clean at our arrival, and is well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Our two kids slept very well in the double sofa bed in the living room which is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is optimal, right at the center of the city. We enjoied so much our strolls after dinner on Avenida Beira Mar with multiple shops, restaurant and cafes. We loved to eat at the restaurants Sardinha Assada and the thai Calixtos at the beach Praia de Olival , where we rented also sunbeds and sunshade that are much more less expensive than in Italy. My daughters loved the enormous ice creams at N'ice cream. Also pizza at Sapori da Giovanni was very very good. We rented a car, but the owner of the apartment can organize a transfer from Faro airport to the apartment and back, and taxies are parked near to the apartment if you want to use them to visit other beautiful beaches. We took a taxy to reaxh Albufeira Marina for a boat trip because we were concerned about parking at the Marina and the one way trip to Albufeira costed 14 euros. We visited the beautiful beaches of Albandeira, Gale and Nossa Senora de Rocha, all located within 10 km and max 15 min by car from the apartment, and we found parking even if we arrived at 11 am. The apartment is really beautifully located to visit Algarve. We felt in love with it and look forward to return

Wonderful vacations at Armação de Pera

The apartment is modern and very comfortable. It has all the commodities and I felt like home. My twins also were in love with the house and the beds that Karin and Alexander prepared for them. Estadia fantástica em apartamento de alta qualidade

Desde o início a Karin se mostrou disponível para facilitar tudo aquilo que pode. Desde responder prontamente a qualquer questão a flexibilizar o horário de check in. O apartamento em si tem das melhores relações qualidade preço que me lembro em férias no Algarve. Muito perto da praia e com standards de qualidade altíssimos em mobília e comodidades. Voltarei certamente!

Great location, but unrealiable amenities and lack of basic features during my stays

Let me start by saying I am disappointed in giving this place low ratings. Karin and Alexander are incredibly nice people who were easy to communicate with. I understand it's stated policy but it's odd to not have basic toiletries (toilet paper, soap). Secondly, the place has an amazing ocean view and is very peaceful. However, the screen broke on day three and for half the time there we no sunlight coming in. I understand this takes time to fix and things happen. But the hosts stated they would not provide any compensation for a less than optimal stay. When I asked them about this matter they eventually stopped returning my messages. I chose this place for the view and there was no view! Alexander and Karin are extremely wonderful people. I just wish they had handled this matter better. Nonetheless, if you are in this area the place is still a gem.

L appartamento migliore delle ns vacanzee

In oltre 30 anni di affitti di appartamenti di vacanze non abbiamo mai avuto un appartamento cosi comodo, grande ed equipaggiato. C e di tutto, persino di piu che a casa nostra. Il personale di ricevimento gentilissimo. Ci hanno aspettato fino a tardi dato che il ns pulmann ha fatto ritardo . Comodissime la lavatrice e lavastoviglie . Peccato che manchi il bidet. L appartamento e proprio di fronte alla spiaggia del ristorante Sardinha assada, un po distante dai supermercati ma con un minimarket a soli 50 mt. Zona tranquillissima si dorme benissimo. Tra l altro abbiamo scoperto il ristorante Vista Mar, vicinissimo all edificio dove siamo tornati tre volte a mangiare piatti a base di coda di rospo eccezionali.

Fantastic

My girlfriend and I had a great week here the views where beautiful and the beach was on our door step would highly recommend staying here. Check in was smooth and quick and we where allowed to get into the appartment earlier than our check in time. Lots of places to eat and drink on the beach front also. I will definitely be back.
