This modern air-conditioned apartment is fully equipped for everything that you need on holiday and more. Situated on the first floor you have a small terrace from the kitchen with a BBQ.

This lovely bright apartment faces south giving you the full morning sun which is tastefully furnished. The lounge offers you the perfect place to unwind after a relaxing day of exploring the local area with its large tv and free wi-fi. There is also a dining table where you can sample the local wines and fresh produce on offer and enjoy the company of good friends or family, which also leads to the main balcony that is shared with the two bedrooms which are ideal to kick back and relax.

This apartment consists of two bedrooms one with a double bed which has an en suite bathroom and the other with twin beds and a second bathroom with a shower.

This apartment is located within walking distance to the main centre of Armacao de Pera where you will find everything that you need from bars, shops, and restaurants to spending lazy days on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve making you want to visit time and time again. With plenty of restaurants offering fresh fish as well as local and international cuisine.

The apartment is located just a 10-minute drive to Algarve Shopping where you have an extensive food court, cinema and many shops which will give any experienced shopper plenty to do.

Albuferia is only a 20-minute drive which is one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve. You are also situated close to the main water parks and Zoomarine.

This is most definitely the place to unwind and relax or a great base to explore the Algarve and more. Ideal for the whole family or to enjoy with friends.

## Transit

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended
