Villa Muriwai is a wonderful holiday home with a private pool, located in a tranquil area in Armação de Pera, and a short distance from all amenities.



This beautiful property accommodates 8 + 1 people and has 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and 2 on the first floor (one with a double bed and another with 1 bunk bed and two single beds). There are also three bathrooms: one on the ground floor and two on the first floor (one en-suite).



The living room is bright and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. It also has direct access to the barbecue and outdoor dining area.



In the outdoor area, you will find the inviting heated pool (as an optional extra), well-maintained gardens and tranquil views, perfect for relaxing in the sun.



The property is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra and a short distance from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. The local market is located just 10 minutes by car, where you can find excellent fresh local products, as well as beautiful beaches (also 10 minutes by car).



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

The 9 th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
