Located on the second floor of a building (please note, no elevator), you’ll enter the apartment through door number 2. Upon entering, you’ll step into a hallway with access to a cozy bedroom on the left, featuring a comfortable double bed. Straight ahead, the living room is equipped with a TV and a sleeping sofa, offering additional space for guests. Both the bedroom and living room open onto a small balcony, providing a nice spot to enjoy the fresh air. To the right of the hallway, you'll find the kitchen, which also has its own balcony, perfect for a quiet moment. Before the kitchen, the bathroom is on the left and comes with a bathtub and toilet for your convenience. The apartment is equipped with a ventilator for cooling, though it does not have air conditioning.

With its retro charm and practical layout, this apartment is an ideal place for a comfortable and affordable stay in Armação de Pêra, just a short walk from the beach.

This apartment is ideally situated within walking distance of Armacao de Pera's vibrant town center, where you'll discover a wide range of bars (Tip! Pedros Beach Bar), shops, and restaurants to enjoy. If you're looking to unwind, the stunning beach is just a short stroll away and is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. You'll be spoiled for choice with the numerous restaurants serving fresh fish and both local and international cuisine.

For those who enjoy shopping, Algarve Shopping is just a quick 10-minute drive away, where you can find an extensive food court, cinema, and plenty of shops to keep you busy.

Albufeira, one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve, is only a 20-minute drive away. Additionally, you'll be close to major water parks and Zoomarine.

## Transit

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended
