This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000 sqf home is your chance to stay in the heart of Historic Downtown Silverton. The Loft @ Silverton Bottling Co. has been fully updated with all conveniences and expectations of a new construction home. The raised cook’s kitchen is an absolute delight with marble countertops, walnut cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms live luxuriously with heated tiled floors, claw foot tub, and so much more. Starlink internet. The new yoga studio Move is only a few steps away for a functional movement class before or after a day out in the San Juans.

Oh this house was incredible!!! Absolutely stunning in every way! Comfortable and clean. The sun room was so perfect for having breakfast and mountain adventure planning. The hosts, Karen and Corey, saved our trip literally! They were so helpful and available which is invaluable when visiting a remote mountain town! I’m so grateful to have found this incredible spot and we are already planning our next trip!! Thank you!

Pristine mountain getaway

This home is fantastic. Our second time staying and we would absolutely come back again. Beautifully renovated, a block off of main street (great walkability but no noise!), you can't go wrong staying here. Thanks for having us!

Summer getaway

Property is very clean and quiet. Kitchen was great to make meals before our daily adventures. Enjoyed being able to stay nearby for all the jeep and hiking trails nearby. Our third year coming down to the area and this was our favorite place.

Lovely loft

So pleased with this gorgeous loft. It’s even prettier than the photos. Very clean not just superficially. Tremendous attention to detail. Views are spectacular. Hosts provided everything we needed including excellent communication. We loved our stay here and happily recommend!

Silverton Ski Trip

This property met the needs of three adults. The place was clean, modern, and easy to find. We skied / snowboarded Silverton Mountain on 01 March so the property provided a close-in location to access the mountain. Look forward to booking this property again next year for a similar trip.

Close, cozy and clean

We recently stayed at this property early February during the first descent event at Silverton. Could not have been more pleased with the size of the property. It’s convenient location to downtown and how clean and comfortable it was. Plenty of parking and the property management did a great job providing instructions on how to check in, and answered all of our questions that we had during our stay.

Beautiful apartment!

This a great 3 bedroom unit right in the heart of silverton. Its very functional and was perfect for our group. The layout was open and allowed us to stretch out. Everything was well decorated with high end finishes. Loved our stay here!!!

Beautiful loft in a prime location

This condo is beautifully renovated and has everything you might need for a stay in Silverton. The location a block off of the main street makes strolling through town a breeze, while still being nice and quiet at night. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolute Gem

One of the nicest vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. The home was very conveniently located right downtown, in a cool old building but wonderfully renovated. It looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with comfortable furniture and very comfy beds and all the kitchen utensils we could need. I'd highly recommend booking this home!

Perfect Silverton Stay

The pictures don't really do this condo justice. It's much larger than it looks in the photos. All appliances/mattresses/linens are of the highest quality. It's situated in the middle of Silverton, everything is within walking distance. Perfect for enjoying all the many wonders the San Juan's have to offer.
