Featuring a communal roof top deck with panoramic mountain views, two shared hot tubs and gas firepit, this location has it all. Whether you're hitting the slopes or enjoying summer activities like hiking, biking, or fishing, this condo puts you in the heart of the action.

Skywalk Flats Downtown Condo is a premium 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat perfect for up to eight guests. The living area boasts large windows framing mountain views, vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen features large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the necessary equipment to keep your group happy and well-fed. Seating for four at the dining table and four at the counter ensures everyone has a place to gather.

Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a shared garage suitable for two mid-sized vehicles or one large vehicle. Nice accomodation

Beautiful condo (especially love the large round table for family gatherings) and service was quick to respond on text. Two small issues were that 1) none of the shower heads were detachable i.e. Not kid friendly 2) I wish they would give two keys since we had two 8 people just to give us some flexibility on entering and leaving. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Nice place but the heat needs work.

Great location, very nice place. However, the heat didn't work. There was no correlation between the thermostat & the actual heat. Every morning & evening it was cold in the place. Contacted the property management company twice during the week but it never got fixed. The master bedroom overheated beyond what the thermostat was set to, with a couple evenings it got over 80 degrees in the afternoon. The one bedroom with the bunk beds never heated up over mid 60 degrees the whole week we were there.

Fantastic property in perfect location

The unit was the best equipped property we have had the pleasure of booking. The property was very comfortable for our family of four and was walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The furnishings were superb, and the property was well maintained. Highly recommend.
