🛁 Ground floor: One private full bathroom for the bunk bed suite.

🛁 Third level: Two full bathrooms, one for each king bed bedroom.

🚽 Main level: One shared guest bathroom.

❄️ In winter, enjoy the slopes at Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, or Vail, all less than 35 minutes away. After skiing, skate on a frozen lake at 9,300 feet at the Keystone Lake Ice Rink, go dog sledding across open alpine meadows, snowshoe on the trails of the Gore Range, rent fat-tire bikes for a ride through packed snow, or glide down the groomed runs at Frisco Adventure Park with the whole family.

👥 Larger groups exceeding the stated occupancy can be accommodated with prior approval from Luxury Peaks Property Management.
