Our brand new 3 level townhome offers luxurious amenities, modern comforts and unobstructed views of the Gore Range from our living room and patio deck! With a spacious layout that allows for both privacy and gathering, you'll find the ideal balance for any occasion. Indulge in the luxury bedding of Nectar Premium Hybrid Mattresses or the stunning views from our guest rooms of Ptarmigan peak! Noise machines and black-out shades ensures a serene night of sleep after your mountain adventures. - Free cross country skiing at The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks - 3 minute drive. You must have your own equipment or can rent at Wild Ernest Sport

We are available for questions during your stay. The best way to reach us is by messaging us. Self check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before your arrival. Access code will be sent the day before your arrival.

No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced.

Our community strictly prohibits street parking. We technically have room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. If traveling with larger vehicles, please inquire.

Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.

The hot tub is accessed through the downstairs Queen bedroom.

We do not allow pets.

Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
Please rinse off before getting in the hot tub. Oils and lotions from skin can cause a disruption in the PH levels.
