The host with the most!
Usually I start with the unit, but Ed was such an awesome host I have to give him a shout out! Not only was he super communicative, but because we had TV reception issues due to the snow, he gave us an unexpected partial refund without even being asked. Also, after we had a package delivery glitch, he found our package and made arrangements with us to retrieve it in the Denver area! This condo is cozy with large south facing widows letting in lots of light and great views of the Rockies. The clubhouse is right across the parking lot. Be prepared for the altitude as the complex is another 1,000 feet up from town, but it's on the first floor with only a few stairs from the parking lot and a few more to the porch. Also, this is one of the best provisioned units I've ever stayed in and a humidifier was provided! Because of the size of the unit, some of the pots, pans and other items are stored on top of the cupboards. It would have been nice to have a step ladder to reach them but a chair worked fine. Even with the complex being located 3 miles up the mountain, all the Summit County resorts are within 20 minutes by car and the bus system is extensive if that's your preference.
