"Room had a fresh puddle of syrup on the floor near the table and spots leading to the door. Sticky mess. The didn’t refill the tissue box and there were loads of bugs inside the unit. Staff were good however."

"The overall experience was okay. The bathroom needs a whole renovation considering the mold on the ceiling above the bathtub in many areas and on the shower head. If I had a chance, I wouldn’t use the bathtub. The room had bugs all over the ceiling and the walls. I don't think anyone closed the window ..."
