"The hotel is definitely not a four-star property, but overall it was still a nice stay. I would consider going back if I visit Lloret de Mar again. The room was clean, and the food was decent—nothing amazing, but perfectly fine. We paid for breakfast, and it was good. One thing I did notice was that the glasses weren’t always properly cleaned. One morning I went to get some water, picked up a “clean” glass, and it still had dried food on it, which suggests the dishwasher hadn’t done its job...

"Everything was amazing and the staff excelled in all areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The coffee and milk was restocked every day. Kitchen staff? Thank you for working SO hard!!!! You are all fantastic especially Andres in the dining room. Daria on reception is unbelievably professional and helpful and thank you for your kindness Bar staff of note are Alfonso and Sofi who tended to us nightly and made us laugh and feel at home "

"Awful..booked a quadruple room and it was more like 4 single beds had been thown in a stock cupboard. Only 1 socket in entire room. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No food allowed. Not 3 star quality more like 2. Glad we only had 1 night stay before moving on. Wolud NEVER book again."
