The villais rented entirely to one group, the villa is perfcet for extended families, multi-generational parties and groups of friends. Thanks to its huge conservatory ( with TV60'', Racing simulators PS3, Bilard, Games room...) for up to 50 people, facing the private fenced swimming pool ( 7x13m ), this large villa offers all the conveniance for very large groups but also for special events like a wedding celebration.

The playground in the large lawn area close to the pool with swings, a playhouse, slide, climbers, spring rider, climbing frame nest and a football pitch will keep your kids busy all day long.

The property itself consists of over 10 000 m2 of private enclosed grounds with magnificent and typical mediteranean nature. Cultivated fields and forests belonging to the property circle the house and will ensure you a stressless holiday. The song of the birds and the whistle of the wind in the trees will make you step into a paradise of pure calmness.



Nearby towns, offer a wide variety of all year round entertainment and activities: Girona with its amazing Cathedral, Figueres for all those art lovers, has The Dali Museum. The location of the Villa is also ideal for visiting seaside resorts and coves along the famous Costa Brava, such as Tossa de Mar and Calella de Palafrugell.





The main house is divided into 2 main floors: on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms , 5 bathrooms (3 are en suite), a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen onto a large dining for up to 32 people.



On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en suite bathroom) as well as a playroom for kids with plenty of toys and books.





The villa has 10 air-con bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

-In the event the majority of guests age will be between 18 and 35 years old, or the final number of guests will be over 24 the security deposit will be increased by 50%



PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATIONS

Up to 90 days before the arrival: Guests lose 90 % of the deposits.
From 91 to 120 days before the arrival : Guests lose 85 %.
Before 120 days : Guests lose 75 %.
