"The best hotel in Islamabad.
Gigantic security outside. You feel really safe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are the best i ever slept in. Great AC. Minibar is included. Alot of free water bottles in the room. They offer free Airport taxi if you tell them in advance. They have a chocolate Bar every day in the reception area that is totally free for taste different chocolates and pralins.
Only bad is that there is no outdoor swimming pool and they could offer some more choices of bread...
"Stayed at this place for 3 days it was very clean and staff was very cooperative. Alot of good restaurants nearby and embassy was only 10 mins away. Our flight got cancelled and they lets us stay at the place for extra 6 hours without any charge. Highly recommend this place"

Their security was also very thorough.
It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city.
The breakfast is also very good.

"The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need.
Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific.
The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating...

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure. "Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. "
