Only need your luggage

This property has everything, the only thing you need to bring is your luggage. Location is perfect, super easy walk to the beach and the village. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful

It was a very pretty home, with wonderful views. The management was great. Right across from the public beach, which was beautiful. The only thing that was a bother was there were a lot of teenagers on their own and they were very loud at night.

Great property and even better location, but

Everything with the property was great. The location is right across the beach from access 11. We did not utilize the pool at all so I can not on that other than it looked clean for the most part. The only downside with the place was the air conditioning, the back 2 bedrooms had very low air flow. We utilized the provided fans but it got warm at night. I will say the elevators that they have to the individual floors was great moving heavy luggage up and down during check in and check out.

Siesta Key Villa Stay

Our stay at the Villa was very nice. Description of property was very accurate. Communication with the management company was excellent. View from our balcony was entertaining and beautiful. Lots of people watching to be had. The internet signal is very weak and not dependable. We were very disappointed with the kitchen and laundry amenities. There weren’t “left behind” detergents, plastic wraps, salt and pepper, items usually found at other homes we have rented. We left our items but I suspect they won’t be there for the next guests. This may sound silly but to have those items available is extremely helpful when running the dishwasher and washing machine and for basic cooking. It just took me back for the price point of this Villa. Just be prepared to buy everything you need on day 1.

The apartment/condo was just as advertised. Everything seemed well maintained and cared for. Linens and towels were fine. Location was great. Property management was responsive and helpful. The pillows were not as comfortable as hoped but that is a small item. Everything else was lovely. Kitchen well stocked, Porch/balcony was wonderful.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

This condo was very well-decorated, clean and complete with amenities. The proximity to the beach is very convenient and provides a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our week and plan to be back in the future.

Excellent Property, perfect location

The entire process was seamless from booking, checking in to checking out! We arrived to a very clean, well appointed & beautifully decorated property. They had all the amenities one would expect for an upscale listing. We had a problem with the dishwasher the second day, but management responded the same day with a repairman. I loved the location! It was an easy walk to the main village and directly across the street from beautiful Siesta Key beach. We utilized the four nice bikes that came with the property which was a wonderful perk! We used the grill at the pool on several occasions. Even though we shared the pool space with another unit, it was comfortable & nice to know our neighbors. The only downfall, which is temporary, is a house being built across the street created a lot of noise during the day. However, I loved this property and would rent it again & again.
