Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to stock and replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.



Guest must be 25 and up to rent this condo.



January 1 until April 16, 2023

per HOA rules only Saturday to Saturday stay is allowed.

No other departure or arrival date can be accommodated.

Dates outside of those listed above we can accommodate different arrival and departure dates.
