Ground Level:

Features covered free parking for up to 6 vehicles. It also features the pool area, covered patio, and lawn that was previously described. The landscaping and layout of this space is truly incredible. You’ll feel like you’re at your own private Miami pool bar! You’ll also find the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

It features a Great Room with a Large chef’s Kitchen, dining area for 15, and a living room with a TV and ample seating, and a half-bath. The front balcony is directly off the great room and offers outdoor dining for 8, soft seating, and pool and garden views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level, both feature a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a shared terrace. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

Features a theater room with tiered movie seating for 7 persons, gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4, a wet bar (seating for 2) with beverage fridge, and a half bath. There is a charming terrace directly off this theater room. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor including the Master that features a king bed with large walk-in closet, a private balcony offering peaking Gulf views, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large 'wet room' with separate shower and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with a full over king bunk bed, custom storage and closet space for multiple people to share, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo and large vanity. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have direct access to a shared balcony, and all bedrooms have Smart TVs. The laundry room (with 2 W/Ds) is also on this level.

The Rooftop Deck:

This rooftop space is an elevated outdoor living space that our description will not do justice! You must experience this space; it’s unbelievable! It offers Gulf and Siesta Beach Views, and a large, covered area that is not typical of most, if not all, rooftop decks! Seriously, this is a unique amenity, and it has been outfitted with 2 TVs, rooftop bar, outdoor dining and living, and so much more. The sunrise and sunset experience here is supported so well by the amenities of the space, and trust us, you’ll want to be up here throughout the day too. It is perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
