Inside, this home can sleep up to 4 guests with king beds in each bedroom. This home comes equipped with a full kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room for you to enjoy time with your family and friends. Stunning ocean views can be seen from the living room and master bedroom. Watch the spectacular sunsets from one of your multiple balconies located on each floor, or walk out your front door to the sugary white sand of our world-famous beaches. This unit also includes a very convenient outdoor shower and the use of the pool at the Siesta Key Beachside Villas just a block away. Even better still, this unit is only a short stroll into Siesta Key Village, where you can experience many of the wonderful shops and restaurants the island has to offer! This is a truly unique vacation home that you, your family, and friends will truly enjoy, and is sure to be your choice returning year after year!

The location is spectacular. Patriot Point sits in front of the property overlooking the Gulf. A ceremony for our veterans occurs nightly. The village is a short easy walk. Beachside Management is very responsive; however, this property is dated and you must be able to navigate steep incline steps.

We had a lovely time in Siesta Key, staying at this unit. The view is absolutely beautiful and Beachside Management was a pleasure to work with.The home itself is a bit worn, but being right on the beach like that it’s understandable. The unit had everything we could need. We did have some issues getting into the place, but we were able to rectify it within about a half an hour. We were a little confused, however when we got to the building because it’s actually two units. The two bedroom two bath which is 47 is where we stayed but 45 is a one bedroom. We were a little upset about this at first, but it was really a non-issue. The place is laid out a little strange, but we got used to it. The kitchen is extremely small and a little cumbersome to use, but we worked with it. We would actually stay here again because the view just can’t be beat! Besides, we didn’t really spend much time in the unit anyway. We were on the lower patio most of the time. When we stayed there from October 23 to the 29th, there was a lot of activity at the corner there at patriot pier. There were a lot of kids with their loud vehicles, crappy loud music and bikes congregating but I think that was just because it was the end of the season. Many people don’t realize this is a dead end and often had to turn around in our driveway. There is also construction going on a few doors down, but that did not bother us much. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Beachside property was a great host. We had a challenge getting in the unit and they were there in less 5 minutes and got us in. Second challenge was we had a few ants outside on the patio in the kitchen, once again they were there in less than 5 minutes. They even gave us an extra hour to check out since our plane did not leave till late that day. Great people we will use again.

Cute, convenient spot right on the beach and it did not disappoint. Check in process was seamless and they were prompt and timely with their communication . Spot is also close to the local pubs and restaurants. Will book this spot again hands down!!!!

Good place

This place was excellent. The only complaints I would have is the trash from the previous stay before us was left so the bins were full. And the tv in the bedroom didnt work. I called but no ome ever came. We really didn't mind, we just used the one in the living room. The management did always reply, but just not sure what happened with that. Overall, good place. So close to the beach and beautiful views!

Great location!!! Home was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a garage and washer / dryer But, the location was the best...Great views of sunsets, the beach, and minutes to walk to the village.

47 Beach Road

Great location, perfect so close to the beach and walking distance to village. Could have used a few more towels & wash cloths and extra blankets. Would have been nice to know it was a drip coffee pot as we went to the grocery and didn’t know we needed filters until it was too late. Also, some sort of shade accessory might be nice for the deck since there is no over hang. It gets hot and hard to sit out until the sun goes down.
