Upscale town home with private heated pool in superb location. Find yourself just around the corner from Siesta Key village and a short walk or bike ride to Siesta Key beach. Situated on a quiet street with lush landscaping, this town home can sleep up to 6 guests.

On the first floor you will find a family room with electric fireplace, comfortable sofas, and TV with surround sound. The perfect area to enjoy family movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle just about any cooking need and is open to the living room / dining room area of the first floor. Through the back you can step out onto the patio and private pool area great for soaking in the Florida sun.

Moving up to the second floor you will find additional sitting area overlooking the family room and second bedroom with queen size bed. Just another half a floor up, you find the master suite furnished with queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms, living room, and family room have TV's and wireless internet is accessible throughout the property.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum reservation required usually Saturday to Saturday. No pets (no exceptions).

Spring Break Siesta

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay! Very clean. Amenities perfect.. beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon to carry it all! Only 10 minute walk to the beach. Minutes to village. Ideal location! The pool was perfect for relaxing away from the beach. Would have liked a sleeper sofa on 2nd level versus 1st floor living room but all good! 100percent recommend!

Convenient!

This property was great! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was very conveniently located close to the village and the beach! The pool was great for kids! Again, we had such a great time, and the property was perfect for us!

Amazing!

Just as described. Close to beach access #2 and to village. Property was immaculate (including the pool which is always an issue with rentals). We really enjoyed it and will likely return! Since nothing is perfect, the washing machine is very corroded and I was fearful of cutting my hands with it, owners should consider a replacement. But this is a very minor thing that would not prevent me from returning. Keep it up!

Siesta getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked last minute and thought it was great. Great location to restaurants and shops. Only thing that could improve would be beach chairs and wagon. Other than that overall great stay for our family !

A beautiful townhome close to everything

Our family stayed at this property in June 2023, it was our third visit to Siesta Key and we've stayed in a different place each time. This townhome has everything you could want: plenty of room, nice furniture, an updated kitchen and our kids definitely loved the private pool! It's not huge, but the water is pleasantly warm. The village is literally steps away, it only takes a couple of minutes and you're in the middle of shops and restaurants. The beach is a little further, but still about 10 minutes or less by foot. There were chairs and other beach items in the garage, as well as a nice wagon which was very helpful getting to the beach. We love going to Siesta Key, it's one of our favorite beaches. We have no complaints about this property, and would stay there again.

Great location, excellent property

This was third time we rented this property and we like it. Cleanliness, management and property are excellent. There are some things to improve: more bath towels, more glasses and coffee mugs. Beach equipment is in bad shape, only two worn out chairs and broken sun umbrellas. If all this is replaced or improved, it would be full five star property.

Beautiful Property/Perfect Location

The property is very nice. Location is a 10/10. The village is steps away and beach access #7 is a short walk. We opted for a golf cart rental for the week to and from the beach as well as the south village. The beach took 2 minutes max to get there on the cart. The only complaint was the air conditioner. The upstairs bedrooms were very hot during our stay. Clearly this has been documented previously as there were additional small fans in the room but overall fix would be a second unit/zone. We did visit in August one of the hottest months of the year but otherwise the house was amazing.

Great location!!!!

We had a great stay. Love the fact that everything was within walking distance. Siesta key village has a perfect mix of restaurants and bars. The area is also great for getting out and going for a walk.

Look no further

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation in Siesta Key. Neat, clean, well decorated, a pool, gas grill, all the amenities you needed. Additionally, the village was a couple of blocks away with excellent restaurants and shopping, and the best beaches in the US were also within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

You eill not go wrong at this property that has an overall bohemian tropical theme. The property is well cared for and offers a private space vlose too all that siesta keys has to offer. It is literally right around the corner and walking distance to everything. The pool took some time to heat up but qas small enough for a small group. The owners offer extra towels and beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas. Some of it is unusable and likely left bh prior renters. This is a smaller property unlike some of the newer and more modern homes. Thhe televisions are all set for roku or are smart tvs. if you font have the patience to figure them out you will lilelg not watch tv during yoir stay. Go!!! You will enjoy it.

Great property!

This is a fabulous property! Close to the Village - 3 minute walk and to Beach Access 7 - 10 minute walk! It should be known there is NO light in the pool and the property owners do this so you will not swim past dusk. It was extremely disappointing for us, and with that we didn’t use the pool at all. You’ll hear several other properties surrounding you that are having fun in the evenings at their pool. We had enough bedding and an over abundance of towels. All the appliances work great. The owners suite bathroom sink drains slows, but that’s a secondary issue. The bathrooms were stocked with anything you might forget. Shampoo conditioner, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, foil, baggies, etc etc etc. the house has been updated. The one car garage is unusable. It’s holding furniture. The garage has kites, a wagon and some pool/ocean toys for your family. It’s a property we’ll return to soon!

Sweet March Vaca

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Property manager was very helpful. Loved the easy checkin and checkout. Very clean. We slept very well on the excellent mattresses. Loved the wonderful grill that we used several times to cook our dinners. Also, appreciated the dusk to dawn front lighting as neighborhood Street lights are non-existent. We loved the fairly quiet neighborhood and its closeness to beach, restaurants, shopping and wonderful walking along Canal Street. Our only complaint was that we would have enjoyed more cable channels such as Fox News, HGTV, outdoor channels and others at least on the main TV. We did not need, nor use TVs in bedrooms. You mention streaming TV, but not everyone is familiar with that or its use. Perhaps instructions for that if you can provide. We loved the property and would rent it again!
