Beachside, spacious 3 bedroom, 2500 square feet, beach townhouse located among the resort community of Sara Sea Circle with direct, private beach access to the world famous (rated #1 in USA) Crescent and Siesta Key Beaches.

Our Sara Sea Circle community includes a large heated pool, sand volleyball and shuffleboard courts.

This large 3-floor townhouse very comfortably sleeps eight in:

Location was perfect, near shops and restaurants, very short walk to shared pool, and a little further to beach. Very well stocked garage full of bikes, water toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, football, air pumps etc. having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. Only thing I could recommend was some updated cooking pots and pans.

Excellent Stay at Siesta Key

This unit was perfect for our family of 7 (parents, 3 kids. grandparents). This beautiful, well-kept house had more than enough space and privacy for everyone and was very clean. The kitchen was well-supplied with everything one might need for cooking during a vacation, including good-quality cooking knives and peelers. There were beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, fishing equipment in the garage plus a washer and dryer; in short, everything we needed was available and in good working condition. There was a patio with a table, a sun umbrella, chairs, and a large gas grill. A short walk took us to the beautiful beach of Siesta Key, and an even shorter one to the swimming pool, shared with other area residents. Communication with Tim was easy. Our only two issues were a minor one, that the gas tank for the grill was empty. Without a vehicle, it was not easy for us to replace tank, but we did. The other was the space for us to use at the beach. The managers of the property in front of the beach took over the space assigned to condo residents (30 ft wide from the boardwalk), leaving a narrow space of as little as 10 feet for us and others. Despite Tim’s efforts to correct this, the managers of Sea Club V insisted daily that we had to move to another location on the beach. This did not prevent us from enjoying the beach immensely every day, but it was aggravating, since we knew that we had access and use of a private beach. Our stay was beautiful, and we recommend this property.

Beautiful townhome

The townhouse was beautiful and great for our 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 3 tweens. There are lots of stairs, so anyone who has knee or back problems might was to consider that before booking. Also, the beach access is more towards Point of Rocks and not Siesta Key Beach or Crescent Beach. There are lots of shells and rocks where the private beach access was, so we wore beach shoes most of the time. We enjoyed the area, but some may not since it is a little more “natural” than the white sandy beaches you think of in Siesta Key. The kitchen was adequate, but a very tight fit for more than 1 or 2 to be in at a time. The kitchenware was decent, but could probably use some more coffee cups and cookware. The beds in the 2 full bedroom were not comfortable for our crew. The garage was nice to have for storage of the beach equipment and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Overall it was a nice place to stay, but we would probably pass because of the limited private beach access and stairs for next time.

Another wonderful stay!

This is the 2nd time I've rented this townhome and I will definitely rent it again. The location is fabulous. Just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. There is everything you could want as far as beach toys, chairs and bikes etc. Kitchen is well stocked, and the layout of the home is fabulous. I love the huge patio, and the upper deck is a great place for coffee in the morning. The hosts are very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Family stay on Siesta Key

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, neat and the organization of everything we found was exceptional. All of the equipment and toys and chairs neatly positioned in the garage. So many things for the kids, we couldn’t use them all. The beds were comfy, and we loved that they were separated by floors. Would rent again!

Family Vacation

Tim was very prompt and helpful in all communication prior to our stay.The condo was exactly as pictured and just perfect! We just love Crescent Beach! Our grandson enjoyed the beach toys available in the garage. On a cooler day we went to Sarasota Jungle Gardens which was just right for his age and very close. We had a fabulous vacation and plan to return next year

Our 2nd year staying and love it. All floors provide the necessary privacy for our family of 3 different households. Location is family oriented and downtown transportation is easy using the trolley or Frog Hop. Perfect for us!

Fabulous Townhouse

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay a day. The accommodations are wonderful and there’s everything that you could possibly want there from bikes to beach, chairs, beach towels, etc. the kitchen is also very well stocked. And, unlike most rentals, the furniture was very comfortable. The layout of the townhome is also great and we loved being able to take a short walk to the beach. Overall, I can’t say enough about this property and our rental experience. In fact, we liked it so much we’ve rented it again next month!

Great all around

What a great place. The kitchen is set up great. New washer and Dryer. Garage is fully stocked with beach gear and 4 bikes. No view of the ocean but an easy 100 yd walk on a quiet street to a great part of Siesta Key beach. Loved our stay

Siesta KeyWe loved our stay at the house!! House was clean and comfortable. We loved the 2 minute walk to the beach that allowed us to walk for miles in the clean white sand. Also liked the fact the house was close ( walk across the street) a few restaurants- a nice French restaurant and a great pizza place.

Over all pretty good. Being a vrbo host I’m probably more critical. I get what he’s doing but my standards of giving a 5 star is pretty high. I would rate 4.8 but the Kitchware was sub par. The bedding was pretty good. The furniture was just ok. Big difference between 4 stars and 5. Really good but not 5 stars. Just a little more. We would have rebooked for next year but got bumped before we arrived without the chance.

Great place close to it all

Perfect location- close to it all but not in the crowded area. You can walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping and ice cream. Close to a beautiful, not crowded part of Siesta Key Beach and the house has all the beach stuff you need- chairs, umbrella, and a cart to get it down there. House has a great vibe. The owners are very nice and very responsive to texts- would definitely rent from them again!

This is the best place to stay when you have as many as we do when we go on vacation. The house is huge, neat and clean. Plus there are so many beach things that you can use, chairs, toys, bikes, cornhole game. Having a washer/dryer available is also a big plus.
