Nice little spot that very close to the beach and everything else in the village. You can just park and not have to get in your vehicle the entire stay.

What a fabulous location! Close to the beach and the Village. Matt and Susan were attentive and kind hosts. The property was clean and comfortable. Beach towels, chairs , umbrella and a cart to carry it all were included. That was a bonus and made traveling so easy! Can’t wait to come again.

My husband and I loved our stay. Seascape was right next to the beach and so close to all of the resturants and shops! We were able to walk everywhere. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The host was very responsive to our inquiries!

Great Accommodations close to everything/ beach, town, and still quiet

We really enjoyed how close to beach, restaurants and stores, without trying to drive on the island. It was neat, clean and well stocked

10/10 perfect. Room was very beautiful and updated with all the amenities you could need. It was closer to the beach than we thought, about a 5 min walk, and not even 10 min walk to siesta key village. I can’t think of anything they could do to improve the quality of tour stay here. We would stay here again with hesitation!

Great location! We could easily walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed having a wagon, chairs, umbrella and cooler too. It really made our stay easier. It was a perfect condo for two people; updated, comfortable, and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little one bedroom steps from the beach!

The property had everything we needed for a quick stay at the beach. It is steps from both the beach and lots of restaurants/shops. A beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and towels were provided which was such a nice extra. The property was clean and newly renovated.

We are grateful beyond words. This accommodation is tRULY just steps from Siesta Key Beach: luminous, incandescent, beautiful. What a lovely “place” to enjoy our visit - sO clean, lovely, efficient, well-equipped, totally comfortable. We look forward to our return visit! And all sTAFF were/are sO helpful.

Great stay

Excellent area and would stay again. The rental agreement process is bit clunky and requires you to submit a photo and photo ID. Not a fan of that but in the end it was worth it.

Location is excellent!

We had a wonderful vaca here ! Was a perfect size for 2 ….everything we needed for a 3-4 day stay was provided & the location was excellent! Very walkable to beach & plenty of restaurants. Love all the beach gear ( including an umbrella ). Would definitely stay again. If I had to say a negative it would be that the pillows were very fluffy - too much for a side sleeper so my neck was sore, ended up not using them. Otherwise I was very impressed with how clean it was - inside & out !

Perfect place!

The unit is updated and clean with a great bed and shower. The location is perfect. Close to the most beautiful beach and Siesta Key village. No car needed! We also loved the shared outside area with the chaise lounges, tables, and hammock. Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, cooler are all included. I look forward to staying here again soon! My only (minor) complaint is that there is no dresser for clothes and limited closet space. So don’t overpack!

Great vacation overall!

The only thing we would change is that you had a bigger water heater. Even 2 people taking short showers-the water got cold at the end of the 2nd shower. If 4 people were staying in that room, 2 people would have had to take cold showers. Otherwise, the room was very cute and updated! The beach was just a few steps away and we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets!

It was a great staycation for us. The location could not be better. You’re two minutes away from both the beach and the village. The apartment is tidy and cozy. The only thing that was not great is the sleeping arrangements for our 2 children. I’m not sure how two people are supposer to sleep on a couch that’s not a sleeper sofa . There were instructions how to put it together with pillows but it still doesn’t provide a sleeping space for 2. Otherwise, everything was great!
