The location of this property could not be beat! It is directly across from beach access 11, which made day trips to the beach a breeze. This condo is perfect for a solo trip or for a couple looking for a little getaway. The trolley stop is right outside the location so you can hop/off to get around the island. There’s some beach gear available to use: umbrella (bring something to dig a hole in sand) two chairs (but one is broken) and a nice carry cart that turns into a table once you get there. There’s even a little backpack cooler under the kitchen sink. I would absolutely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was great and they were very helpful.

Close to the beach and so convenient to local food and shops. The rental was nicely decorated and the terrace area was a treat. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great location. Well maintained

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The location is ideal. It is right at the edge of the main beach and a easy walk or bike ride from town. This unit is small but well maintained and the host was available when we had a small issue. Would stay again.again.

This was a great location. The room was very clean and updated. The beach was literally across the street, maybe 100 feet and a short walk to the village. Would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect spot for a romantic getaway!

Communication at first was lost in translation with a bumpy start, but once all was figured out we hit the jackpot with this location. There were some beach chairs, towels and cooler available for us. We brought our own, but definitely appreciate having them if need be. With Florida weather it’s sunny one moment and pouring down rain the next, we appreciate that there were umbrellas also available for us. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance and the beach was literally across the street from us. I’m f you don’t want to do the drive to the keys, this spot is perfect for a shorter distance. A hidden gem! Definitely will consider it again.

Lovely & cute perfect for 1 or a couple. Easy to go to the beach or village. I walked everywhere didn’t even have a car. Used the trolley for longer jaunts.

Good Location

Small quaint and clean place . Nicely stocked kitchen if you should decide to cook . Emails with all check in info was sent in a timely manner. Only disappointed with all the extra charges at check out and no 24 hour reimbursement on cancellation - including charging for an “extra person” - if it says sleeps 2 - 2 should be covered - and extra person charges added if over 2 .. otherwise we had a nice stay and enjoys ease of walking to beach and downtown

Wife’s 50th Birthday

Place was very clean, and in perfect proximity to the beach. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Owners were excellent and communicated with us on any questions we had. Was a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Disaster rental

A joke of a listing. Mattress was sunken in & covered by a plastic sheet as if (& likely was) urine soaked. Stayed 1 night of a 2 week rental. I complained to VRBO & only returned a 2nd day to take photo's but property was re-rented & Owner acknowledged that he re-rented the property to reconcile the situation & would return $ to me but not one penny was returned.( Of @ $5,000.00)

Romantic getaway

Wonderful location! Perfect for a couple looking for close proximity to the beach. Free trolley (tip tho) or other rides on golf cart or open mini bus for tips made going to the village very easy. It is walkable, but very hot. Definitely a place we would love to return to! Beach chairs, towels and even a cooler were available for us to use in the rental. Very clean and just right for 2 people.

Great location, just cross the street and you’re at Siesta Beach. The “en suite” was very clean and the property owner was very fast and courteous in replying to messages. I would stay here again, and hope to do so!

Location has perfect beach access.

I would definitely consider renting this home again. Nice location for beach access and not far from Siesta Key Village with the bars and restaurants. But home is still in a nice quiet spot.

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the location best. We had to purchase batteries for the TV and were only supplied (1) roll of toilet paper, (1) roll of paper towel, and (3) towels for the week.

Avoid this property / owner.

Avoid this place. Owner nickels & dimes you to death & charges every single allowed 'Host Fee' in addition to nightly amount and 'Service Fee'. The extra fees include: Towel/linen fee (for thin, cheap towels that were all stained), A/C fee, 'property fee', cleaning fee. Also forces you to purchase 'property damage protection insurance' for an additional fee, AND deceivingly charges an 'Additional Guest Fee' for every member of your party. (yes, you read that correctly). Barely room for 1 car to park - very dangerous to exit driveway it is so crowded. Every corner was cut in converting this old garage to a VRBO unit. Owner also very rude & threatening when I questioned his outrageous fees, including the following quote from him when he finally returned my call: "Do you think I care about reviews? A few hundred dollars is nothing to me, I drive a Bentley and am from Europe, we do things differently. This is my one friendly call to you - the next time I will not be so friendly - you choose". That was verbatim - I wrote the quote down while on the phone with him it was so outrageous. There are plenty other nice places to stay - I would avoid this one.

2 week vacation stay

The property was clean, and the photos of the place were accurate. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with all of the basics including coffee maker with coffee, beach chairs, and umbrella. The proximity to the beach was just across the street. The extra touches were also appreciated- small bottles of lotion, shampoo, and a few dishwashing tablets as well. Thank you!

Great Location!

Directly across the street from beach access. Very easy and was a very safe area. Just around the corner from great restaurant area--the village. The studio was exactly as shown...everything inside new and very clean. Parking was a bit tight but workable. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided. Perfect getaway for 1 or 2. We loved it.
