The accommodations were fantastic for 2 people, very comfortable and well appointed. The host was very quick with a response to a question. The location was great, away from the hubbub of Siesta Village and near Turtle Beach. Having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were wonderful, and were used everyday. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Getaway!

This is an amazing property! Maria was an awesome host leaving a goodie basket for us to enjoy! The use of the bikes was so convenient along with providing beach chairs coolers & umbrella! Unit was beachy chic and roomy! Private entrance on the side of the house helped us feel secluded! Highly recommend staying at this slice of paradise!

Great hosting at Sarasota

The place we stayed at is a very cute bachelor on first floor. Beautifuly decorated and super clean. It has everything a person on vacation needs and more. It offers two beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler FOR FREE. Two bikes (which we did not use) also FOR FREE. It is only a couple of minutes drive to the nearest beach and a first cluster of restaurants and bars. Maria, the host, was very kind and helpfull with a couple of inquiries we had. We definitely recommend this place for a couple's retreat.

Wonderful large studio near the beach

Beautiful studio which is larger than the pictures show. It is very close to Turtle beach which is stunning and has free parking. Loved that the owner, Maria has the place so well stocked. She was wonderful to work with and is right on site. She even includes beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and bikes! And there is even washer and dryer. Would highly recommend this beautiful studio and would definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful studio on Siesta Key. Very clean and comfortable with easy, private entry. We loved biking to Turtle Beach for sunset and seashells. Everything you need from beach gear to bikes made the trip easier- thank you! I would happily stay here again.

2 Weeks Getaway

As others have noted, the in-law suite is loaded with everything one would need. The decorating is wonderful, and the suite has its own private access. We loved the location which is about a mile from Turtle Beach and a mile from the grocery store. The cable TV channel selection is phenomenal. The available washer and dryer worked great, and the Host(s) were very helpful. The suite is ideal for a couple looking to relax on beautiful Siesta Key!

Great Stay!

Loved this studio apartment above the garage. Great space for what we needed and the on-site laundry was a big “renting” point for us! The location is quiet, you can walk to Captain Curt’s village or hop on the free trolley. The multiple free(donations only, be generous) options for getting around are wonderful. We utilized the provided beach chairs and cooler and visited both Turtle Beach and Siesta Beach. Had I not thrown my back out on day 1, we would have made use of the free bicycles as well. The only thing missing from this rental is an outdoor space to relax in the evening.
