Chasin Waves was an excellent place to call home for eleven days. Our group of 7 adults and 1 child had ample space for everyone. The house was within close proximity to one of the best beaches (Siesta Beach). When we didn't feel like going to the beach, we were able to enjoy a nice relaxing day by the pool. Everything you could possibly need was available at this home. We had an amazing time and we would highly recommend staying here. Thank You to the owners for having us and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Sincerely, The Jersey Crew

Lovely home well appointed and furnished

The house was perfect with a wonderful floor plan. Furnishings were in great taste. Kitchen was beautiful with a fabulous island. Pool was great for all especially for our grandchildren.

Exceeded Expectations

My family along with another family (7 people total) stayed in Siesta for our Spring Break. This property far exceeded our expectations. The owners were attentive to detail in their home and prompt with responses. The home was clean upon arrival and furnished with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We spent our days lounging on the lanai, sitting poolside watching the kids play, and eating together around the giant island. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The owners downplay the office with the daybed. This room has a barn door that allowed our friends daughter to have her own bedroom. The pictures do not do this space justice. In addition to the house being gorgeous, the beach is a mile away, and it was so easy to get around. If we are ever back in Siesta Key, we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with pool shared by 3 couples. Plenty of room. Refrigerator did not work properly even after a maintenance check. I'm sure they will fix or repair. We loved our stay and would stay again. Close to beach, village, restaurants and shopping.

This property is absolutely amazing! Very spacious and more than accommodated our family of six. The private pool was very nice and you are close to everything Siesta Key has to offer. A must stay, you won’t be disappointed!

Thanksgiving Getaway!

Perfect rental for a family getaway. Great location, beautiful open floor plan which opens on a large lanai…and the pool was a plus. Close to Siesta village and gulf beaches .. right over the bridge so close to shopping and other amenities. Highly recommend.

Beach Life

Property is less 5 mins from Siesta Key Beach and Village and less the 25 minutes from a tons of different activities in the local area. We hung out at the beach during the day and in the evening enjoyed the pool. Nice kitchen to prepare meals and a great table for evening games. I recommend parasailing, EFoils, kayaking in the mangrove tunnels, plus the aquarium was really nice. Nice house, nice location, very beachy. They supply a lot beach needs like a wagon, chairs, floats, coolers, umbrellas. A turnkey beach stay.

Siesta Key Summer Vaca

We have rented many houses over the last 10+ years and this was one of our favorites. The house was everything advertised. It's remodeled with updates throughout the house. The kitchen area stands out as an all time favorite. The set up is perfect from the gas stove to the island with all the essentials to cook gourmet meals. The pool area worked out great for the few days we didn't make it to the beach. Overall this is a great house for a family vacation!

Siesta Key at Christmas

The visiting space, kitchen and dining area made this a great place for our family of 7 gathering. The bedrooms worked great to comfortably accommodate. The 4th room (office) with foldout sofa needed a door or curtain for privacy from the kitchen, but everything else was perfect! The pool was nice, heated and all of the property and house were clean. Highly recommend!

Rest and Recuperate

Quite, friendly neighborhood. On-site info manual made getting acclimated a breeze. Kitchen VERY well equipped (BYO chef knife). Owners put a lot of thought into what may be needed for an extended stay. Loved the open living area, safety features for youngsters, and separate bedroom spaces for two families. I especially appreciated the beach equipment. Very nice over all. My only concern is the fact the pool area is able to be viewed by the owners and this fact was not advertised on the web site. Insurance may require it, so should advertise as such.
