The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean and had everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The host was outstanding with communication and attentiveness. Thank goodness there were no issues to report. The back yard is a private paradise. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Jarod’s property in Siesta Key was AMAZING! The home is clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with QUALITY kitchenware. The home is located a short Uber from the beach and downtown Siesta Key and there is no shortage of Ubers in the area. Most importantly, Jarod’s communication before and after our stay was quick and efficient. We would absolutely stay here again, and we cannot wait to visit again!

My family and I came into town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family. It had a pool and games galore. My kids really enjoyed the pool and cornhole. The house was close to the beach and restaurants. The host and hostess were very accommodating. We would highly recommend.

Great location and house

The house was perfect for the amount of girls that we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the beach but also close to downtown. Would stay again!

Newly updated inside and nice backyard

Stayed only 2 days but it was an excellent time. Place looked newly renovated. Very spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Backyard with the pool and lawn games was very nice. Would stay again!

We are beyond happy with our stay! Jarrod was an amazing host and so helpful! The entire house is gorgeous and VERY clean! Really nice new appliances and comfy beds. The pool is awesome. And the guys loved the arcade games! I would 100% stay here again and will highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Siesta Key!

I had a wonderful stay with my friends at this property. There were 2 couples and 5 singles and there was plenty of room to figure out comfortable sleeping, along with many spaces to spread out while hanging. We had a lovely poolside dinner one night at a table large enough for everyone/everything. The downstairs game room was really fun, and the decorations were nice and unique. Wish there were more comic related frames! The kitchen was nice and we were able to easily cook dinner. We also got to use the grill one night! The host was very responsive and helpful, going out of his way to help with a random request. I’d love to be able to return some day!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, earning a solid 10/10 for cleanliness. Each room was tidy and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our fun-filled days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we couldn’t have asked for more!

The accommodation was excellent. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely soft towels, high quality bedding, first class fitted kitchen - all the appliances and utensils could think of. Pool was brilliant - nice to have a decent depth and being salt water perfect. Games room well used - air hockey etc. great .Its about 1.2 miles to village and beach so sometimes walked or 10 uber. Host was excellent.

We got away from the snow!!

This house was beautiful in every way! It had wonderfully spacious bedrooms and awesome living spaces. Very private. Loved the awesome game room downstairs for the entertainment of our two young grandsons. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and I recommend very highly!!!

Jarrod was a gracious host and helped us with recommendations etc. Our 20 month old loved running around the house and when we asked to put on some furniture protectors Jarrod did not mind at all. The house was comfortable and fun. The pool area grass was a bit bogged down with some rain and the grass may need replacing but I am certain Jarrod would improve on that. Lots of places to eat right and Uber Eats deliveries were very quick and easy. We would love to return and stay again on our next trip.

The perfect house!

The property looks exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, clean, and so well equipped! There was nothing we needed. Nothing. Comfortable. Spacious. The backyard is a dream, and a mile to the beach. We loved every minute of our stay. You feel as if you’re in a tree house in the master bedroom. The trees are gorgeous. We cannot wait to return!

Our group of 8 adults had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. Finding a property that comfortably accommodates a larger group without anyone feeling cramped can be challenging, but this home exceeded our expectations. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided plenty of space and privacy, and there was truly room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The home is exceptionally well appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the quality bedding made for restful nights after busy days exploring Siesta Key. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals together, which made gathering easy and enjoyable. The beautiful backyard offered something for every age and interest, making it a great space to unwind and play. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything Siesta key has to offer well still providing a peaceful place to come home to at the end of the day.What truly set this experience apart, however, was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We especially appreciated the hosts willingness to accommodate our sensitivities by ensuring that no air fresheners were used in the home. That level of care attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully managed home on Siesta Key.

Absolutely loved our stay here!!!!!

Couldn't have rented any better place than this with our family of nine. Beautiful home! Comfortable beds and well stocked! Heated pool and fire pit and nice yard! Great location! Host was the best - if I had questions host was quick to get back with me and always so helpful. Even sent suggestions for fun things to do! Had pool floats and great outdoor lounge chairs and table and chairs if we wanted to eat by the pool. Loved the air hockey, video games, recipe books, TV in every bedroom, three living room areas, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great vacation!!!!!

House is nice and kitchen is well appointed. Linens, beds and pillows are nice although there were not enough bath towels for all 10 people. Host was responsive and sent over pest control when we found ants in the kitchen, getting into the food we had out. Pool, back yard, fire pit and arcade room are great! Unfortunately we didn’t know that we had to request host to turn on pool heater so we had a cold pool for the first 24 hours. Parking for three cars, but beware that you have to back out onto a busy road. House has 4 beach chairs, cooler and wagon which was so nice for going to the beach. It would have been nice to have a broom or vacuum to keep things clean. Note that host provides starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, tissues. You will need to buy more if staying more than a couple of nights. Beautiful decor. We brought chairs in from outside so that we could all dine together at the kitchen table. Kids all had a great time staying here!
