El condominio ofrece vistas de palmeras, arena blanca y las aguas turquesas del Golfo de México. La vista es pintoresca y las puestas de sol magníficas. El complejo cuenta con 2 cabañas de playa, sillas de playa, gran piscina climatizada y una sala de recreo con piscina, ping pong, air hockey. Island House está cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes, golf, tenis, deportes acuáticos, galerías. Busch Gardens se encuentra a 1 hora de distancia y Disney / Epcot es 21/2 horas de distancia. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience is always great at Island House. We rent annually along with a large group of friends and family for the week of July 4th. All staff was very friendly and helpful and security, although visible and present was not intrusive and allowed guests to have a great time. We travel with a special needs child and the property was accommodating with his beach wheelchair needs etc. I would recommend Island House for its ease of stay, friendly staff and beautiful property. Only complaint is that the furniture could use a good steam cleaning as these had multiple spots on them which had not been there in prior years.

Reviewer Comments: As always, we enjoyed our return to the Island House Beach Resort after a 2 year absence!We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of our unit when we arrived. We found long black hair in the side bedroom shower and side bedroom, and sand in the side bedroom shower as well. Other items: Unit 6S is not well equipped with cooking and serving equipment in the kitchen; we would also recommend that the resort purchase more straight chairs for use on the beach - there were only about 13 available and you had to get up at 6:00 am or earlier to have a chance to get one.

Excellent stay

Hi, 3 adults stayed for 5 days. The apartment was in an excellent location on the beach. Everything was perfect - could not fault. Beds really comfortable, kitchen fully functional, washer & dryer. Very impressed with the cleanliness (bit of a clean freak). Fabulous views, beautiful sunsets !!

The master bed has to be THE most comfortable we've ever slept in. The unit was clean for the most part although the furniture is noticeably worn. No issues with hot water. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return to this unit.

It has a beautiful view of the sunset from the third floor. You can access room by both stairs and elevator. The beach was very nice and not crowded. There were plenty of stores/restaurants (outdoors also). We went “off season” in September and weather was still beach worthy!

There were no baking pan very little pots and pans usually every year there are fully stocked in the kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice relaxing vacation to get away from the colder temps of the north. No schedule, no plans, and no stress. The location was very convenient to both ends of Siesta Key. Loved waking up and looking right out at the gulf each morning. Just a short stroll down to the beach and enjoyed walking along the beach each morning. The unit was in very good condition, with many items recently upgraded. Unit was clean. Very easy check in & check out, with no hassles at all. The view in the picture is very accurate. You can even watch the sun set from the sun room.

Beautiful stay

Condo was very nicely updated. View fantastic. Elevators fast if you want to take them. Great location. Comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again. Very nice.
