After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

    PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.

Truly a Hidden Treasure

The house is beautiful and very clean. Communication with property manager was easy and helpful. The patio/pool area is great. There were enough supplies provided that you only have to add your food and drinks and you’re good to go. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

House was great! Everything it said and when we couldn't get the hot tub hot, we called & they responded right away. It took a couple days, but then we had a heated hot tub!! Great service! Thank you!

The customer service is amazing! I rent a house every year and this one has it all. We loved it! The owners and management company have thought through everything you could possibly need. I came prepared and left with most of my own cleaning supplies and toiletries untouched. I spent more time at the house than the beach just because it was perfect and everything I wanted for a fabulous vacation. Of course, my 17 yo son and his friend enjoyed the casita in between hanging out with their friends on the beach. It gave them privacy and gave me more peace than I’ve ever had on spring break. I can’t say enough about this amazing home, location, etc. and the people behind it. Thank you! You made a 32 hour round trip (me as the only driver) worth it.

Great Place

This House was a great location for the family. We stayed here from my daughters wedding on the beautiful Siesta Beach. The house was immaculate and met all our needs. I was really impressed with the attention to small details to make the stay more pleasant. The staff at the cottages were great they even took the time to leave delicious cupcakes in the fridge for our arrival with a personal note to my daughter on the upcoming wedding. We will back. Thank You

Fantastic

What a lovely home and great stay. Close to Sarasota and Siesta Key town and beaches. The pool area was great for days we did not want to head to the beach. Well kept home with all the amenities you need and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay on Treasure Boat Way

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We loved the quiet location, the comfortable furnishings, the well-equipped kitchen, and the quality beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella provided including an abundance of nice beach towels. Towels and linen were very nice quality. Beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids. We hope to return!

Perfect Siesta Key Home

This home was perfect for my family and I (total of 6)…very comfortable & clean. The separate wing off the pool was ideal for my young adult children with its own separate entrance as well. Kitchen was stocked, beds were all comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathrooms including nice thick beach towels and all the beach accessories are provided. My family and I enjoyed making meals at the house while enjoying the outside patio and pool. We loved the Siesta area & renting this beautiful home.
