    🔎 Need to Know
    This home is part of a duplex unit and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, or amenities with the adjoining unit. Your rental includes access to the left side garage and driveway spaces, along with the second-floor living space. This home has stairs — a private elevator is available for easy access between floors. The community pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. Please note, guests do not have access to the clubhouse attached to the community pool. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

We didn't want to leave!

Everything about this place was amazing. From the location a block away from the entrance to the beach, to the amenities within the home, we were extremely pleased. We had a fabulous time with our family and didn't want to say goodbye!

Family vacay!

The property was amazing and more than we expected! We had everything we needed for cooking dinner, beach, towels, etc. We would mkst definitely stay here again!

Extraordinary accommodations

The property was beautiful. Large open, comfortable spaces, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed for the beach! Staff was courteous, professional, and prompt when we needed assistance. 5 star rating. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay on Siesta~

Was overall a beautiful place. Communication was easy, it is steps to the south siesta beach, chairs/bikes/towels available. Amenities nice, didn't use the pool. Would definitely recommend for couples and/or families coming to Siesta!

This was the perfect get-away for our small group. The rental home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was very well equipped with all the necessities. Just a short walk to the beach and local transportation. Cottages on the Key made the experience seamless.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Fiesta Playa. The unit is very nice. The rental company was very responsive when I had questions. My only suggestion would be to add some additional kitchen pan/pots. We found cooking for a large group was difficult with what was supplied.

Great property with everything you need

Family vacationed here and it was great. Everything you need and the some. Dishes, pans, measuring cups etc provided. The wagon and beach towels were great, along with the beach chairs. Close proximity to pool can’t be best. I have absolutely no complaints. The property managers were easily accessible for any questions and easy to work with. Hope to be back soon!

Family vacation with adult children

We just completed an amazing week at Fiesta Playa! Our group consisted of 6 people, myself and my husband, and our 20-something sons and their girlfriends. The house was amazing. Very spacious and clean. It had everything we could have needed. For a few small items (elevator questions and cornhole beanbags), the response was immediate! We felt like the pool was ours alone as we never saw anyone else near it. The beach was a short walk, as was the trolley stop. The house provided chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and we left a beach umbrella for use by future renters. There were also bikes available. We definitely recommend this and would love to come back in the future!
