The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate luxury retreat, where almost 9,000 square feet of meticulously designed interior and exterior living spaces create an unforgettable vacation experience. At the heart of the home lies the show stopping resort-style pool patio, centered around a stunning infinity-edge pool with oversized sun shelf, in-pool seating, poolside basketball hoop and not one—but two thrilling water slides for the ultimate family fun! Nearby you’ll find corn hole boards, ping-pong table, outdoor fire pit, 3 levels of putt-putt golf, a hammock nestled between the trees by the water, outdoor connect 4 as well as a spacious covered patio offering soft seating, and 3 TV’s. It has dining for 18, outdoor wet bar with sink, beverage refrigerator and ice maker, an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, and access to the home’s ground level media room - outfitted with Polywood soft seating a 110” Video wall and two 65” TV’s, a 4-top bar-height dining table, and another wet bar with Sub Zero beverage refrigerator, sink and ice maker. This whole area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family. With over 4,500 square feet of interior living space, this expansive 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home sleeps 20 people comfortably. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for elevated privacy. The common spaces are incredible for gathering, especially the home’s great room. It features the chef’s kitchen, a dining room seating 24 total, and living room with a 75” TV. Above the great room, you’ll find another club room space with soft seating, media center (two 75’s TV’s), and wet bar, as well as access the home’s rooftop deck with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views! Every detail of this property—from its family-friendly layout to the high-end finishes and resort-caliber amenities—has been designed to create a seamless blend of fun and sophistication and a 5-star experience!
Floor Plan Description (by level):
Ground Level:
This level offers free parking for up to 6 cars – with EV charger in the garage. The garage also includes a full refrigerator and freezer combination - ideal for storing drinks, beach snacks, or overflow groceries, as well as beach equipment: 2 coolers, 2 beach wagons, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes that make your beach day a breeze. Just inside the home, guests are welcomed by an entry foyer with stair and elevator access to all floors above. Also on this level is the home’s resort pool, covered pool patio, and the ground level media room as previously described. There are two outdoor showers, one poolside and a second up front for beach sand. This level is the ideal set-up for convenience and comfort.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
This main living level is designed with gathering and functionality in mind. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals or special occasions, featuring a 60” Sub Zero Refrigerator, 48” Wolf cooktop, Wolf double oven, Wolf microwave drawer, 2 Cove dishwashers and 2 trash/recycling pull outs, and a butler’s pantry with a Sub Zero beverage refrigerator and Scotsman ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! The kitchen is set up perfectly for you to host your family or to support private in-home catering services that our team can help you arrange through one of our preferred vendors for an additional cost. If you have any questions about the kitchen or its supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. Additionally, the interior dining area features an oversized kitchen island with a built-in dining nook for 8, an adjacent dining table for 12, and bar top seating for 4, making this area ideal for hosting large groups. The living room includes plenty of seating and flows out to the rear balcony, which features soft seating and outdoor balcony dining for 8, encouraging guests to take in the breeze and dine alfresco. Directly off the great room, is an office space with workstation (desk and chair), providing a quiet area for remote work, phone calls or personal projects. Three bedrooms are located on this level. The luxurious Master Bedroom 1 includes lake views, a king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and a free-standing soaking tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a king bed, closet, and en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. This level also includes a dedicated laundry room with two stackable washer/dryer units, a separate utility sink, and a laundry service area.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
The club room here offers soft seating, a media center with two 75” TV’s, Nintendo Switch gaming console and wet bar complete with Sub Zero beverage refrigerator, Scotsman ice maker, sink/faucet, and pull-out trash—an inviting setup for evening cocktails or game night. The adjacent rear balcony includes soft seating, an outdoor TV and partial Gulf and sunset views over Sabal Lake. Four more bedrooms are located on this floor. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 feature a king bed, walk-in or jack and jill closet space, and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom 6 also has direct balcony access with seating for 4. Bedroom 7 is a thoughtfully designed bunk room offering 2 full over king bunk beds, TV, and seating and built ins, and an en suite bathroom with a trough sink vanity and 2 faucets, private water closet, and shower bathtub combo, making it an excellent option for children, teens, or even adult guests traveling together.
Rooftop Deck:
This space offers a serene conclusion to the home’s many thoughtfully designed levels. It provides views of the Gulf of Mexico, Siesta Key, Sarasota, and so much more. Comfortable seating for 8 with end tables and coffee table and umbrellas are available for those looking to take in the sunrise and or sunset with your beverage of choice!
Getting Around:
It’s perfectly located steps from all South Siesta’s restaurants, entertainment, shopping, markets, marina, and more; and a short walk or shorter bike ride from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach (Beach Access 12), so a car is not needed! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota’s Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!
