While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

This property was gorgeous! We enjoyed the outdoor living space and proximity to the beaches and village. There was outstanding communication with the property management company. The house was nicely designed and the additional beach amenities and bikes were appreciated. Highly recommend this for any vacation.

Beach Palm Villa

Great house close to the beach and Siesta Key village. They provide bikes beach towels and beach chairs which is great!

5 star home! We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers staying here and loved every minute. The property is well thought out to accommodate everyone. There are several outdoor spaces smartly designed for people to sit and use either together or want to be have a quiet space alone. The pool is gated so we didn’t have to worry about the kids near the water while we were relaxing. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The BEST thing about this home is the property management company! They took care of every question I had and sent people to help if I needed within an hour of my request. Loved this VRBO, will definitely be coming back.

Cleanliness and mgmt service were top notch. Furniture is nice, not run down and old. Mgmt team responded promptly and was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Siesta stunner...

We absolutely loved our two weeks in Siesta! The home was clean and had everything we needed. We loved riding the provided bikes to the village for coffee in the morning. The putting green was so fun! The pool was the perfect temperature. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great time!

Family Vacation

The cottage was great, my wife said the listing was pets free, but we notice hair on the furniture. Other than that I could find anything else wrong it was as described, great place, great location, and great communication from management.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren for our vacation at the Beach Palm Villa! It’s a beautiful home with everything you need for your stay! All the rooms, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely updated and we loved the open concept of the home. They had a high chair, all the kitchen appliances and essentials you could need, beach items and child safety features including door alarms. The host was very prompt in responding anytime needed. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the main beach access and parking. We would definitely recommend!

Winter Escape

Pretty perfect. Location was excellent, ten minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the village. The property came with all the beach gear we needed and included bikes. Pool was heated and perfect. Interior was just as indicated in the listing. We had a great time including my 94 yr old mother. Single floor living was great for her.

Outstanding Property

House was exceptionally clean, well stocked and excellent amenities. A wonderful property in a great neighborhood. The only minor drawback was one neighbor who didn’t seem to like children being in the pool. We have two young grandchildren who played in the pool each day and made some noise like, well, children. The neighbor behind the house didn’t seem happy about it.

A perfect vacation spot

The home is beautiful! It's updated, clean, well appointed and welcoming. It's close to downtown, a quick walk to the beach, and we appreciated the beach accessories. The pool heater didn't work for the first few days, and an HVAC technician wasn't available, but we got it working and then the entire unit was replaced on our last day, so there shouldn't be any issues. For a week's stay with 9 people, we did need to shop for dish soap, laundry detergent, and condiments. We wouldn't hesitate to return someday! It was hard to leave!

Nice family time

Property is nice perfect location but it could use an upgrade on everything. Property management only provided a 2-3 day of toiletries supply for 10 people staying 10 days. This is the first time among many times of stay at VRBO that has not a single supply of starter kits for the kitchen like salt and pepper. We had a very nice family get together though and and the pool was clean but was not warm enough for some of us. Overall, we had a nice stay.
