"À beautiful property set amid olive groves and grape vines. The house is about 20 minutes from Montalcino, and very comfortable and clean. The pool is a treat after a hot day in town. Highly recommended"

"Well, have been in that little “House on the Prayer” was the most Wonderful experience I have ever had. Love nature and being around and in the middle of It and the landscape and just for me for 12 nights, I made that home like it was mine. Simonetta was incredible with me, I got little sink and she came to check how I was doing. She was awesome. I felt like I was at my own home. The hose is lovely.

"Beautiful property, great host! Highly recommend!"

"This a a great property for a home base in Tuscany. It seems most all of Tuscany is within 30 min. We were able to day trip all the important places we wanted to see with ease. Eva is a great host and took great care of us. Eva made a wonderful four course dinner for us. She definitely supplies the real Italian culinary experience. She made biscotti and Eva cake to finish a phenomenal dinner. The property has great views with beautiful sunsets. There is a great winery that abuts her property...

"Lovely visit. The views are amazing. "

"Maurizio was an excellent host, he was very helpful in explaining the house and amenities during the check in process, and also sent us a lot of references for food shopping, restaurants, wineries and things to do while in Tuscany.I highly recommend this property."

"We spent great time in this beautiful villa. We felt like at home! We enjoyed a lot it’s nice garden with precious views and swimming pool. Great experience!"

"Very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Gioele was a wealth of information on places to go and back roads to travel. Especially enjoyed San Gusme and the wonderful restaurants in Villa A Sesta. This is a B&B. We thought we had use of a kitchen but that was only for the help to prepare breakfast. We found that misleading as we stayed a week and would like to have use of a kitchen. Lovely area and nice place to stay."

"Wonderful throughout!"

"We had a wonderful couple days at La Misura. Niccolò was super nice and helped us get settled. The view was like a painting of Tuscany. It was everything we could have wanted. This is a beautiful location. We will go back soon. Thank you!"

"Loved this quaint cottage. We will be back."
