We originally booked only a few nights, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we kept extending it again and again.
From the moment we arrived, every single member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They even surprised us with a wonderful complimentary room upgrade, which was an incredible gesture that immediately showed us how much they care about their guests.
A very special thank you goes to Andy at Reception, who has been absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He has always been kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. We are also deeply grateful to everyone working in the restaurant, the pool bar, housekeeping, the spa, etc.
The gym is enormous, The spa and wellness area deserves special. It includes a beautiful hot jacuzzi, a cold plunge, sauna, steam room, showers, and everything is kept spotless. It is an amazing place to relax after a day exploring Siem Reap.
The swimming pool is huge, with comfortable sun loungers in a peaceful atmosphere.
Our room was exceptional. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the smart controls for lighting and temperature were modern and intuitive.
Housekeeping deserves a standing ovation. Every single day our room looked as if we were brand-new guests checking Another detail we truly appreciated was receiving two large one-liter bottles of drinking water every day.
The breakfast bufete was incredible.
