More than a Luxury Chalet
The newly designed chalet with 350m ² with lifestyle and charm is built of a threshing floor from the turn of the 1900s with original old wood and a generously open interior design, using exclusive building biological building materials in exclusive modern but also rustic architectural style. Recycled wood meets modern design. Luxury in perfect harmony.
It is structured in two levels with a large living room with a dining table for 10 people, a corner couch and a sled as a sleeping area. Modern kitchen with kitchen block, two level bedrooms, each with two king-size spring trestle beds and one bathroom each. Fireplace room with a glazed parlor stove as well as with another exclusive dining area and wellness area.
A whirlpool for 2-4 people on the upper level is an ideal hot spot with a view of the large living room with approx. 120m².
Two balconies and a terrace with 80 m² are integrated into the overall property.
Other levels are very suitable for children as a "playground". A guest toilet rounds off the offer perfectly.
Salzburg is about 25 km away, Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 15 km. Munich can be reached in about 110 km.
The cultural offer is almost unlimited and designed all year round. Of course, this includes the Salzburg Festival, regional events and mountain feeling with hiking tours and several mountain railways.
