Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. "My stay was great. Awesome location just a short walk from Lake Zug, parks, and restaurants. The property is right next to the train stop which makes transportation very convenient to get in and out of Zug. I Stayed in one of the shared dorms. The beds could use curtains for some privacy but everything was clean in the room upon arrival. Staff was very friendly."

"What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...

"Vétuste, mais en bon état. Notre chambre était propre. Les linges de lit et de bain sont fournis, mais il est nécessaire d'avoir votre savon pour les mains ou vos produits de bain. Il y a du savon et du gel douche en sachet à la réception en cas d'oubli gratuitement. Le patron est accueillant et très à l'écoute. Nous avons pris une chambre confort avec les commodités en chambre. Les portes de chambre étant fines, il est logique d'entendre les pas des clients se rendant dans les commodités...
